"I thought of angels, choking on their halos, get them drunk on rose water," I heard Patrick Stump sing. I groaned at my alarm. My head was pounding and my throat burned as I groaned again.

"Anything you say can and will be held against you," My alarm rang. I reached out blindly to turn it off and got up.

Dressed only in leggings, a hoodie, and shades, I bid my dad and Tyler goodbye. It was already five in the morning and I was late for my usual watch.

"You don't look well dear you shouldn't be going to work. Stay at home and rest," My father said as I helped him push his tie up.

"Why can't I stay at home and rest?" Tyler moaned. He was having his usual morning sleep deprivation thingy or whatever he called it. My family always got up at five to have breakfast together. It was a 'family rule' as my dad likes to call it.

"Because you are fine," my father replied. He turned to look at me questioningly.

"No, I'm alright dad. I'm leaving now,"

"At least wait a little for me so I can give you a lift," My dad said and I groaned again.

"No thanks dad. I can walk,"

"Oh, my dear stubborn daughter. You're too independent that sometimes I'm scared for you," He sighed and I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever bye," I walked out and after a few minutes of walking I turned back to grab my bike. I don't want to get stuck in a car with Alex again. Along the way it started raining and I cursed, putting my hood up. What a great start to a wonderful day ahead. Note the freaking sarcasm.

My head was still pounding badly when I parked a few blocks away and I realized then I should have taken some aspirin. I had to take a few tissues too as I had developed a runny nose.

I groaned again as I pulled out my binoculars to check and see if he was awake or not yet. He was sleeping in bed. For once, I wished I was sleeping soundly in bed.

Then I realized something. If he was alone at home sleeping, wouldn't it be so much easier for me to sneak in and place the cameras that Tyler gave me? Yes, definitely.

____..____

I crept in through his window, silently passing by his sleeping figure. Slowly, I placed two cameras in his room and headed out.

Carefully, I placed the rest in all the best positions in the house and crept back to the window.

"No!" I jumped, freezing as I heard Alex shout. I slowly turned around. He was whimpering and squirming but his eyes were still shut. Should I go help him? He looked like he was having a nightmare.

"No...don't go.. Please," Was he talking to me?? I ran my hand through my hair and awkwardly walked over.

"Alex?" I asked slowly. He turned over and grabbed my arm tightly.

"Alex!" I grabbed his hand. He released his grip on my arm and squeezed my hand tightly instead. I squeezed back automatically. But that was probably not a good idea. The second I did that he rolled over and opened his eyes sleepily.

"What are you doing in my house?" He asked and I stared at him with wide eyes for a few long seconds.

"Uhm, this is just a dream," I whispered.

"Why are you whispering and why are you in my house in my dream?"

"How would I freaking know this is your dream!" I exclaimed throwing my hands up. "Now go back to sleep,"
