'What the hell? Where am I? Where's Christa?' I thought. I awoke with police at my side asking me questions. They sounded hazy, I couldn't make out anything they were saying at first. "Ma'am, are you alright." I stared up at him. "Do I look alright?" I snapped. I tried to stand. I stumbled forward and then back, my head and nose bleeding. "Ma'am, please," The officer held his arms out in case I fell. 'Damn, they must think i'm drunk, by the way i'm walking!' I stumbled back and this time, I had lost my balance. I heard a loud crack, and everything went black.
'M-my head, it's hot. Where am I? How the hell?' I opened my eyes, and looked around the room. "Ymir!" Christa yelled. She came to my side. "C-Christa? Are you alright? What happened?" She hesitated. "Do you remember the party?" "I do." "I'm not sure what happened to you Ymir, but I did as I was told." She paused again. I heard her swallow. "Y-Ymir..." She burst into tears. "I COULDN'T BE THERE FOR YOU, BECAUSE I WAS WEAK AND NOW YOUR HURT ALL BECAUSE OF ME!" She cried even harder. "C-Christa. Please don't... Don't worry about me. All that I care about is that your safe." I sat up. Christa began to cry harder. "J-just look at you!" I sighed. "Christa, i'll be out of here by tomorrow. I only have a concussion, and severe bruising. I'm fine really." She wiped her face off. My heart sank when I suddenly remembered Reiner. "C-Christa..." I held my tongue. I didn't think now was the best time to tell her anything of the sort in the state she was in. I knew the next time I saw Reiner, I was going to kick his ass.
I stepped out of the hospital in great relief I was out of that hell, and everything was normal again. I wanted to get home as soon as possible.
I locked the door and walked across to Christa's. Christa opened the door and walked out. It was a warm morning, hotter than usual. The walk to school seemed longer than usual. We were early, and saw a lot of high school students hanging around and waiting for the school to open. I saw Christa run up to Reiner and kiss him. I walked up to Reiner and punched him. He stumbled back. I blocked out the noises around me. I heard faint screams of Christa trying to get me to stop. "You son of bitch! You cheated on Christa and din't even man up and tell her! I'm going to KICK YOUR ASS!" Christa stepped back. I saw tears running down her face. "Y-Ymir! He's bigger than you! Your going to get YOUR ass kicked! I looked up at him. "Ymir, please!" "So, Reiner? Why don't you tell Christa exactly what happened at that party?" He stared at me for a long time and said nothing. "Y-Ymir." She paused. "What happened? Why are you so upset with him?" I stared for a long time. "I saw him at the party last Friday... Kissing someone..." I said softly. Christa's eyes filled with tears. "R-Reiner! How could you! A-and Ymir! Why didn't you tell me this sooner? You made a fool of me! Everyone was silent. Christa ran off. I turned around and glared at Reiner. "I hope you know what you've done." I said aloud. Everyone stared. I took off in the direction Christa went in.
