Chapter Thirteen: I wanna be Sedated
Dee Dee was getting extremely nervous, watching his ex girlfriend, and his current girlfriend fighting each other. Ruby was coming at Victoria with a broken beer bottle, Victoria had thrown a wooden chair at Ruby. Victoria had finally managed to get in one really good hit, a hit so hard that it knocked Ruby out. In fact, this was all she could say when she came to;
"It hurts so bad. I...I... Just...I wanna be sedated." And then she passed right back out.
"Wake her the fuck up." Victoria says, taking a drag off her cigarette, and then passing it to Dee Dee.
"Ruby!" Dee Dee yells.
"What the hell did that whore do to me?" Ruby asks, attempting to stand up.
"Listen. You need to leave. Now! So just get dressed and get the fuck out." Dee Dee demands of Ruby.
"Dee Dee, honey? How can you be this cruel? About an hour ago you were all over me."
"Well, that's over with now. I was weak. I've made my decision. I wanna be with Victoria. Now, leave."
Ruby goes into Dee Dee's bedroom changes her clothing, then exits the bedroom.
"Goodbye Dee Dee. Don't come to me when you're new girlfriend breaks your heart." Ruby says as she exits Dee Dee's home.
With Ruby now gone, Dee Dee and Victoria were in an awkward situation to say the least.
"Victoria." Dee Dee reaches for her hand, which she immediately pulls away.
"Can you just call me a cab?"
"Why? I chose you."
"Why? Weren't you and Ruby having enough fun together? You think you can make out with whoever you want, and we'll be just fine. Seriously? Fuck off!"
"I'm sorry, Victoria. I'm really sorry."
The thought of losing Victoria, fills Dee Dee's heart with pure sorrow. He knew he should've just walked away when he saw Ruby in his room. Hell, he and Victoria should've just stayed at her apartment when he had heard she was at his house.
"What do you want me to do? Do you want me to get on my knees? Because I will if I have to. I love you, Victoria." Dee Dee says kneeling down.
"You don't need to do that. Stand up! You just really hurt me tonight."
"I know. And I'm really sorry. I just hope we can move past this." Dee Dee says as he takes Victoria in his arms.
Dee Dee leads Victoria to the bedroom. The two lay down on Dee Dee's bed. Within a matter of minutes, Victoria has fallen fast asleep in Dee Dee's arms.
