Chapter 19

~Charnae P.O.V.~

We was walking along the sidewalks of Cali. It was really a fascinating city. "Can we sit down somewhere? " Alexa been having this scowl on her face for the longest and her attitude is annoying as fuck I don't know What's her problem but she needs to fix it

"Let's go get some Ice cream over there. " Dani pointed to an Ice cream parlor , We all started to walk towards it. 

"Why y'all got glasses on? " Brooke laughed as she tried to take Maurice glasses but he grabbed her hand so she couldn't take them

"Cause we can have em' on. " He put his arm around her shoulder and brought her close to him

She blushed "Whatever. " We all walked in the and stood at the counter

"What Ice cream you getting? " Kendalin asked as he looked at me

"Rocky Road. " He smiled and nodded as he grabbed my hand and intertwined them. 

I walked closer to the counter and someone bumped into me making me stumble a bit. I turned around and saw Lauren smirking at me. "Hey Charnae. "

"Bitch watch where you going. " I exclaimed as I stepped closer to her

"Careful Now." She looked at Kendalin. "You better get your girl before I was to accidentally say something. " She warned him,  I looked at him confused as his whole facial expression changed

"Come on Nae. " He grabbed my wrist and started to drag me out the place. 

"Thought so." Lauren spat at us as we left out.  I yanked my wrist away

"What was that about? " He shook his head. "Kenda-"

"What happened ?" The whole group came out looking at us confused

"I don't know-"

"Want me to cut the bitch. " Alexa suggested as she stared at me waiting for me to answer.  She never liked Lauren because she say Lauren did something to her in the past

"Not here in Cali , I wouldn't want you to go to jail ." She shook her head as she looked through the glass window to the ice cream parlor

I looked at Maurice whispering something to Trey and he nodded. What do they know? 

~Few Days Later  ~

I'm gonna seriously hurt that girl Lauren.  We only got about 2 days left herd and she been fucking with me.  But other than that I been having a great Time in Cali with everyone especially Kendalin.  I didn't think he really had legit feelings for me but I thought wrong I guess. "What you wearing tonight ?" Dani asked.  Tonight their gonna honor us and we have to be formal

"This ." I showed a black dress that stopped mid-thigh and some black pumps

"Oooh,  Let me do your hair ." Alexa suggested as she jumped up and down.  After a couple days she actually started to have fun and not pout.  Her and Trey started to get back along again

"Fine ." She smiled as she grabbed my wrists and sat me down in the chair and plugged in her wand

"Should I wear this. " Dani showed us some white shorts with a formal  blue shirt and some blue pumps "Or this. " She Showed us some Black tights with a Red dress and some black pumps

"White Shorts ." We all said at once. She smiled and went to the bathroom and cut on the shower

"Don't burn me. " I warned Alexa, She just smiled and started to wand my hair  

After we was all getting ready we all went down to the lobby which was set up in a pretty way.  It had tables and soft lights. "This is nice ." Brooke said as she looked around, We all nodded agreeing with her

They told us how their so proud of us and how their glad we accomplished high school and they can't wait to see what we do next in our life. "That was a nice ceromony ."

"I know ri-" I was cut off by someone bumping into me

"My bad. " She smirked

"Let me cut her ." Alexa looked so anxious to actually beat her ass right now

She rolled her eyes at Alexa and looked back at me. "Where's your boyfriend? He's probably trying to fuck a girl since you ain't giving shit up. " I scowled at her

"Bitch shut the fuck-"

"Am I talking to you. " Lauren spat at Dani.  Dani stepped closer to her but Brooke grabbed her hand

"How would you know I'm not giving shit up. " She Chuckled and shook her head at me

"Cause he would be $500 richer. " I looked at her confused as a smirk formed on her face. "I wondered why did Thug Ass Kendalin want Stuck up Ass Charnae. Then my cousin told me he made a bet with Kendalin. "

"What Bet? "

"A bet to see if Kendalin could fuck you and if he could he would get $500 from Malik. " She said loud so Kendalin could hear her and she did a good job of it cause he rushed over to us. "Tell her Kendalin. " People started to surround us

He ain't say nothing he just looked between me and her. "She's lien right? ." I started to clench my fist. "Cause you wouldn't lie to me even though you promised you wouldnt feed me bullshit. " My face was turning Red and I could feel my blood starting to boil

He shook his head. "She telling the truth. " He just looked down at the ground

I was about to yell at him to the top of my lungs but Dani beat me to it. "Seriously Kendalin ! You dated Her Because Of A Bet ! Who does that shit?  Apparently A Fuck Nigga Like you." She turned to Cj who was just watching. "You Knew? " He slowly nodded his head "Why you ain't say shit instead of letting my Bestfriend look stupid. "

"It wasn't his place to tell y'all so get off his dic-"

Alexa cut off Trey.."Shut Up Trey,  She's right we all 'Supposed ' to be friends but y'all over her keeping secrets making her look stupid when I'm pretty sure y'all whole gang knew about the bet. " I didn't know how to feel it's like words couldn't come out

"Keeping Secrets?  " He chuckled and folded his arms. "Ain't you keeping a secret from everybody. " Her whole face expression changed

"Cause I seem to recall that yo-"

"Trey !" She Exclaimed but he only continued

"Nah,  since you wanna talk about secrets how about you tell everybody that you got a daughter that you pass off as your sister . " Everyone snapped their heads to Alexa whose face was pissed off. "Yeah talk about secrets now. "

"You got a baby? Alexis is your baby?  whose the daddy? " Questions started to come at her left and right from different people

"Fuck You Kendalin. " I yelled making everybody shut up. "I let you in I put my guard down because of you I trusted you thinking you had feelings for me but I was just a $500 bet ." He ain't say nothing he just shook his head and bit his lip with a nonchalant look on his face. "You don't even care is the part that hurts the most. " A tear slipped out and hit my cheek ."I'm done with you,  don't come near me ever again in your life. " I started to walk away

"One more thing. " Dani said I turned to her as she straight started to whoop Laurens ass.  It took 2 boys to pull her off ."Now we can go. " We started to push past peoples to get away from from the scene and to our room.
