Chapter 9 Big red door

So just a recap. I found out I was adopted. Opened a letter. Went to a randome parking lot. Followed a random dude. Got in a car that flys. Landed on a cloud. Saw a farm and a castle on the cloud. A scary voice yelled at us to go in the 'great hall'. Just an average day right? I really wish I was dreaming. Sadly I know I'm not dreaming.(I pinched my arm it didn't work) ok back to the story.

"I'll meet you guy inside soon I have to go look for something." Leo said walking down the hallway to our right.

"Wait Leo! Come back!" I called after him but he was to far down the hall to hear me. "Ggrrrr"

"What do we do?" I asked Jewel nervously.

"Let's go in." she responded calmly starting for the door.

"Wait! what if something bad happens?" I asked her as I jumped in front of her and grabbed her shoulders we take turns being the what if person. Obviously I'm the what if person today.

"I know nothing bad will happen." she said trying to look over my shoulder at the door behind me.

"How do you know?" I asked her removing my hands from her shoulders.

"I just have this feeling. I know that what ever is behind that door will be good." she said looking at me for the first time since we saw the stupid door.

"Ok fine!" I said giving up.(She always wins) "you've never been wrong before."

"Ok! let's go!" she said walking towards the door.

She pushed the door open and walked in. I walked right after her. the great hall really was great. It had red silk curtains at the edges of all the doors and windows. They were tied back with gold rope. There was a total of five thrones in the room. The one in the middle was bigger and grander. The other four thrones were smaller and formed kinda a circle facing the taller throne.oh did I forget to mention that there was someone in the larger throne? He looked about 40 maybe 38. He had light brown hair with Gray hairs at his hair line. His eyes were dark brown. He wore a golden robe but you could see that he was wearing a pair of jeans underneath. He held a golden staff with a green simmering gem on top in his right hand. He also had rings, brackets and necklaces.

" Venez ici! " he yelled at us.

I think he said 'come here' in french. Jewel has been trying to teach me to speek french its not going so well. We walked forward until we were standing at the foot of his throne.
