Chapter 29 Time to dance

**Jewel**

The dance was back on earth. Since we spent about a week maybe more on the cloud it was kinda weird.

"We'll see you guys later" Mitch said taking Sapphire's arm and leading her to the dance floor

"My lady?" Leo said taking my hand

"I can't dance" I said barely above a whisper

"You can. Come on"

A slow song started. Leo placed his hands on my hips and I put my hands on his shoulders. We were an arms length apart before Leo pulled me close to his body. I rested my head on his chest since I was to short even in heels to reach his shoulder. We swayed back and forth as Leo softly sung along to the lyrics of the song. He took my hand and spun me around and when he pulled me back in my back was against his chest. He warped his arms around me as he kissed down my neck sending chills down my back. He spun me around again this time I was facing his chest once again. He pulled back and stared in to my eyes for a second or so before grabbing my face and kissing me passionately. He pulled away when the song finished.

"Let's go sit for a bit" I said in his ear

"Ok" he sad taking my hand and leading me to a table

"Hey leo! long time no see!" a guy said walking up to Leo and bro hugging him.

"Eric, this is my girl friend Jewel. Jewel this is my best friend Eric" Leo said introducing us

"A beautiful name for a beautiful girl" Eric said taking my hand and softly kissing it

I blushed a little as I sat back down

"Hey bro! don't make any moves on my girl friend" Leo said pulling up a chair for Eric

"Fine. Can I at-least ask her to dance?" He responded

"Ask her. Just don't try any moves. Because you know I'll beat the shit out of you if you do." Leo said seriously

"Wanna dance?" Eric said completely ignoring Leo and extending his hand to me

"I'd love to" I said taking his hand as he lead me to the dance floor

My hands on his shoulders his hands on my hips leading me around the dance floor.

"So when did you meet leo?" he whispered in my ear

"When I was little he was my best friend, then I got in a car crash and forgot who he was so I moved away and only started to remember him about a few weeks ago." I explained

"Oh yeah he was telling me one day about how his best friend forgot all about him and how it broke his heart." He replied

"That would be me" I chuckled a little

"Leo is lucky to have a girl as beautiful as you" he whispered in my ear

"Oh yeah. Why is that?" I whispered back

"Because I'd love a girl just like you" he replied I could tell he was smirking

"You just meet me" I replied simply trying to hide my smile

"I can just tell that you are an amazing person. But if you are offering i'd love to get know you better" he replied breathing down my neck

"Maybe some other time" I said pulling away as the song ended

"I'd love that!" he said as I took his arm and he brought me back to Leo

"Hey princess" he said before he kissed me then held me close to his side protectively "you better not have made any moves on her"

"Leo! stop" I said smacking his arm

"Bye Jewel it was great meeting you. I hope to see you soon" he said before bro hugging Leo and leaving

"He seamed nice" I sad sitting back down

"Jewel!" someone shrieked before I was crushed in a hug

"What- holy shit! Riley!" I said before crushing her in a hug

"Is Sapphire here to?" she asked after we stopped hugging

"Yeah she some where. oh there she is with her boy-friend Mitch" I said pointing to Sapphire

"She has a boy friend?!? that's awesome! What about you?" she said clapping her hands " I saw you slow dancing with some guy"

"Riley calm down. This is my boyfriend Leo. Leo this is my best friend Riley." I said taking Leo's hand and kissing his cheek

"Aww you to are such a cute couple!" she exclaimed.

Oh BTW Riley has long curly brown hair, green eyes, is taller then Jewel but shorter then Sapphire, she is both Jewels and Sapphires best friend, she is wearing a teal dress that goes past her keens and has sparkly jewels along the top with two thick straps

"Come on. Let's go get sapphire" I said taking her hand and walking towards Sapphire

"Holy fucken shit! Riley!" Sapphire screamed as she crushed Riley in a hug

"God both of you are going to break my ribs one day" she laughed as she rubbed her ribs "i've missed you guys so much!"

"It's been way to long since we've hung out!" I said putting my arm around her

"Riley this is my boyfriend Mitch. Mitch this is my best friend Riley" Sapphire said taking his hand

"It's nice to meet you." Riley said. (She was always the most polite out of our trio)

"It's nice to meet you as well" Mitch said shaking her hand

---------30 minutes later------------

Beep! Beep!

"Oh shit! my ride is here. I have to go." Riley said looking down at her phone

"Bye! it was great seeing you!" I said hugging her then Sapphire hugged her then she left

"She was nice" Leo commented once she left

"Common let's dance!" I said taking his hand and pulling him onto the dance floor

The song changed to a slow song and we danced and kissed when the song was over we went to go find Sapphire and Mitch so that we could leave. We found them in a corner making out. We left them alone. We went and sat down at a table.

Leo pulled he's chair closer to mine and I rested my head on his shoulder. He placed his head on top of mine.

"Hey Jewel?" he asked looking down at me

"Yes?" I said looking up at him

He didn't answer me instead he picked me up and put me on his lap.

"Is that better?" he said as I placed my head on his shoulder

"Yea"

-----------20 minutes later-----------

**leo**

"Hey guys! you ready to go?" Mitch asked with his arm around Sapphire

"Shush! Jewel fell asleep while we were waiting for you guys." I replied picking Jewel up carefully bridal style.

"Oops" Mitch chuckled kissing Sapphire's cheek

When we got home Mitch took Sapphire to bunk in his room. And I brought Jewel to my room. I carefully placed her on the bed before climbing in my self and wrapping my arms around her. She stirred a little pulling me closer to her. I chuckled a little at the smile on her face. I fell asleep with Jewel in my arms. I woke up to some mumbling and I noticed that Jewel was talking in her sleep.

'My Leo.' She said I a few times before she stopped

"Good night princess" I said smiling as I leaned down to kiss the top of her head before going back to sleep.
