Chapter 8

Ariana's POV

I woke up the next morning in my bed. I almost forgot everything that had happened but then I looked in the mirror and saw all my bruises. I took a shower happy to have my pomegranate body wash and coconut shampoo. I got out and dried off a bit. I changed into some black and white Nike shorts with a tank top. I went back into the bathroom and I blow dried my hair and put it into a messy side braid. I didn't wear any makeup since I would be home all day.

I went back into my room and checked my phone, I had a couple texts, one from my mom saying she had gone to work, some from the girls asking how I was and one from Shawn checking up on me. I responded back to all of them. Shawn said he was going to come over soon since I was all alone. I made my bed so that my room wouldn't be as messy. I sat on my bed going through Instagram when the doorbell rang. I walked downstairs, and Shawn was standing there with bags full of food. This boy knows me so well. I gave him a hug and we both came in and plopped on the living room couch. I turned on the tv and white chicks was on. Shawn went to the kitchen and made some popcorn for us.

He can back and he sat down next to me, I got closer and cuddled into his side. He put his arm around me and pulled me closer into him. He smelled so good, like vanilla. We watched the movie laughing uncontrollably the whole time. When the movie finished we were both too lazy to change the tv.

"Let's go on a mcdonalds run!!" Shawn was jumping up and down on the couch.

I giggled "YAS" I screamed.

He Bounced up from the couch and gave me a piggy back ride all the way to the car. I grabbed his phone and plugged it into an AUX cord and I started playing random music.

We were driving and came to a red light, when Shawn looked over to me. I looked over and giggled.

"What?"

"Nothing, it's just your so beautiful."

I looked down to try to hide the red that had crept up to my face. We got to mcdonalds after the light, and we went in and ordered basically the whole menu. We sat down in a booth and completely pigged out.

After being fatties at McDonald's we got back home and went back to the couch. We were on the couch, when Shawn fell asleep. I got an idea. I went into the kitchen and grabbed a can of whip cream. I went back to the couch and put a bunch on my hand, I screamed "SMACK CAM" and slapped him. His eyes shot open and he smirked.

"You're dead"

I tried to run away but of course being the clumsy person I am I tripped on the edge of the carpet. I slammed down on the floor laughing. Shawn fell on top of me with whip cream in his hands and he smeared it all over my face. We cracked up laughing. When we calmed down, I noticed how close our faces were. If I moved my head an inch our lips would be touching.

Shawn leaned in a bit and I did the same. He crashed his lips down on mine. boom. fireworks.
