2 years later

"Where would you like me to put this?" one of the movers asked walking to the house.

"Oh, you can just sit it down on the kitchen counter please" Camila smiled, which he returned.

"Hey, you," Lauren said snaking her hands around Camila's waist from behind, kissing her neck.

"Heh, hey lo," she says turning around in her arms as she wrapped her hands around Lauren's neck, locking her fingers. "Where were you?"

"Whatever do you mean?" she asked in a joking matter, making Camila chuckle as she smiled fondly at her.

"You know what I mean. You were gone for" she paused to check her wristwatch. "20 minutes and 30 seconds"

"Oooh, so you time me now?" Lauren says looking down at her with her intimidating greens that just make Camila weak in the knees.

"..what- what? No...I just um-"

"I'm only teasing you" she laughed pulling away. "But if you must know I had to get some things together," she says over her shoulder walking away to their dad's pickup truck, grabbing a box.

"What were you getting together?" Camila then asked out of curiosity as she too grabbed a box following after her into the house.

"Mhm wouldn't you like to know"

"..yea that's why I asked" putting the box down she stared at her from behind. "Whatever trouble you're thinking, I can get into it"

"Oh, yea? Since when?"

"Since the moment I laid eyes on you," she says with a smirk.

"Damn walz that was smooth as fuck" Dinah says walking into the kitchen with the girls behind her.

"Hello Dinah" Lauren sarcastically said with a playful eye roll.

"Uh-uh don't be like that," she says going through their opened box's.

"Haha hey, guys" Camila greeted giving them all a hug.

"Hey, Mila" Normani says with a smile.

"Hey, kiddo" Ally then greets before moving over to Lauren, who is fixing her hair thanks to Dinah.

"Forgetting about someone?" Kendra says.

"Oh Kendra you know I can't forget about you"

"Mhm, yea true. I'm the apple to those beautiful brown eyes of yours" she flirted.

"Kendra, I swear every time I see you, you have a new and better pick up line than the last time we spoke" Camila laughed giving her a tight hug.

"Oh well, baby can you blame me? You bring out my inner tiger"

"More like the inner cougar," Lauren says drawing attention her way, making the girls laugh. "Ken, camz is a year younger than you ok?" she says walking towards them. "And she's mine. So back off chica" Lauren says putting an arm around her.

"Easy killer. It's all in good fun. Mila here knows I would never try and come between you two"

"Good"

"She loves control" Camila whispered to Kendra who nodded her head in understanding as Lauren walked off.

"Note it"

"Miss?" looking to the doorway of their kitchen stood a sweaty guy in overalls.

"Yes?"

"Sorry to disturb you, but the truck is finally unloaded now," the mover tells them with his thick southern accent. "Everything is in the living room as we speak, but if you would like we can move it to its rightful place"
