One Direction: The Australian Edition

Chapter 12

We were all sort of half-asleep but half-conscious as trying to fall asleep in an airport can be quite difficult. One minute we were all lying peacefully on the lounge and the next we had been picked up they boys were running through Sydney airport down to the terminal.

“Sorry girls, the plane was re-scheduled and is about to leave so Paul’s gone down now and is trying to hold it for us,” Zayn said puffed as they were still running with us in their arms.

“Put us down and we’ll run, we’ll get there ten times quicker than running like this,” Jacqui replied.

We all hit the ground with a thump the boys grabbed our hands and we all bolted to the terminal at the other end of the airport. Weaving in and out of the crowd we were getting quite a few stairs as we zapped through the airport.

We reached the terminal and saw Paul apologizing to the lady waiting at the plane door, he explained everything but by the looks of things she just smiled and said “It’s no trouble at all.”

We walked in and took our seats, and it looked like the plane was full of average working class people no teens or kids so luckily we could stay their “beautiful secret” still. Each of us couples had 3 seats to ourselves and the boys offered us their laps to sleep on so we were well rested for the Melbourne trip. Yet again it was still a little difficult to sleep on the plane you could hear the muffling of voices but we managed to eventually get to sleep.

We were awoken the thump of the plane hitting the tarmac as we descended from the air. Paul made sure that the boys were first off the plane followed by us girls, we headed out to customs and had the bags scanned and checked through, luckily we hadn’t hit public eye yet so we chatted for a bit before we were split up.

“You must have been so tired you slept the whole flight, we even tried waking you for lunch being bought around but nothing,” Niall said surprised.

“What was offered up for lunch?” Emily said as she yawned still a little sleepy.

“Chicken and salad wrap with choc, caramel swirl ice-cream!” Louis replied “Niall tried waking you Natalie but as he said before nothing so he ate your ice-cream.”

“Hahaha!” us girls all chuckled.

“Okay boys, let’s move it!” Paul walked up asking for the boys, “Girls the car is out the front waiting. After you get it the car will take a detour around the back of the airport and join the convoy to The Crown Hotel.”

 We waved goodbye to the boys as they walked off into the distance about to be greeted to a mass of fans awaiting their arrival as we freely walked out to the front to be greeted by the black van. Jumping is as quickly as possible so we didn’t hold up the boys or the convoy we drove off around the back and saw 4 other black vans. About 2 mins after we were on the road to the hotel Jessica’s phone went off, it was a text message from the boys that read:

“See you soon!
