Kira sat there, staring at me...it was awkward for the first few minutes because he was...well studying me. Then he leaned forward and spoke. "Here's the the deal." Kira said. "You may return to the living...however...you must go on a different world." Kira had explained. "The world of the humans." I only raised an eyebrow. "The humans? You mean--?" I was cut off by Kira. "The destructive, world destroying beings? Yes." Kira then stared straight into my eyes. "They are always at war with each other...but the humans are now at war with a new being." I blinked, obviously confused. "The Souless." The Souless? "What the fuck kind of shit is that?" I ask. Kira facepalmed and shook his head. "Enough of your profanites." I crossed my arms, waiting for an explanaition. "A Souless is a being with no soul or existence, basically. They're monsters out, trying to create more Souless by killing off those with souls, and absorbing them...and they can't die by normal attacks...or weapons." I sighed and shook my head. "And how exactly am I supposed to defend myself from something like that?" I ask. Kira chuckled, then leaned back. "I will help supply you with what you need." Kira replied. I only blinked. "Eh?" I stared at Kira for several seconds...until his loud booming voice nearly destroyed my ears. "Sarah!!!!!" Kira called. He then looked at me. "Have a seat, Leon." Kira suggested. I shook my head and tried to argue. "I think I'll stand--" I was cut off once more. "SIT!" Kira's voice boomed, and suddenly force knocked me onto my ass. I only sighed and crossed my arms.
After several moments of waiting in silence...a door opened...and I just realized the room had more interior than I thought. The entire castle was pretty much empty, except halls full of doors, and the walls were painted nothing but white, along with the ground....and the one who stepped in...was a girl. She was no older than me...maybe eighteen years old...possibly nineteen. She had long, white hair that reached down to her neck, curls that sat beside her cheeks. She had dark red eyes...she also, had a feminine figure. She was tall...taller than me, which only made me jealous. She wore a long, white dress along with white gloves and white heels to match it. "Yes, master?" She asked in an emotionless tone. Kira glanced at the female, then looked back at me. Of course, I was too busy gawking at the female. I couldn't help it, she was absolutely beautiful. I felt Kira's eyes look fall on me, and his loud, booming voice speaking once more. "Oi!" My gaze snapped back at Kira. "It's impolite to stare." Kira said as he gestured towards the female. "This girl is Sarah Ikaros. She, will be one of your many guides." Kira said. "She will help you decide the choices that are right from wrong...and if you do everything right, I will free you of your curse." Kira said. I raised an eyebrow, frowning. Curse? What curse? He was only making me ask more questions. Goddammit. I thought. "I...have to help this boy?" Sarah asked, her tone still emotionless. "Yes." Kira replied. He then looked at Leon and then spoke. "Save the humans, guide them away from their self destruction, and stop the Souless." Kira explained. "And if I fail?" I asked. Kira smirked slightly...which sent shivers down my spine. "I'll hunt you down...destroy your soul...and finally finish off humanity along with the Souless." Sarah snapped a glance at Kira and my own eyes widened at the fact. Kira snapped his fingers and three different objects appeared. A dagger...a gun...and a shield. I blinked at the fact. "The Dagger, is known as Black Blood." Kira began. "Why is it called Black Blood...?" I simply asked. Kira only chuckled. "Swipe your finger across the flat of the blade." I arched an eyebrow once more, then stared at the blade. I didn't know how I did it...but...I saw a...black liquid oozing off of the blade...it was just barely visible. "The blade holds a poison that cannot be cured...those who are stabbed by it...will only have an hour left to live." Kira explained. The dagger seemed...strange. It looked almost ancient. The hilt was golden, but the blade itself was black, which made it almost impossible to see the poison. The male then pointed to the gun...it was a revolver with blue traces on the sides. "This gun, is known as God Killer. This gun, however, does not shoot actual bullets...but energy from the wielder...those shot with this gun...will meet an unfortunate end in just ten seconds." Kira explained. He then pointed at the shield. "This shield is named Artemis." Kira explained. "This shield is made from unknown material, but for one thing, it is physically and virtually unbreakable. Not even a god of creation can destroy this shield." Kira explained. I only reached out and picked up the shield...it was so shiny...but the reflection horrified me. I saw...me...but I had black hair...short...black hair...but my face was pale and boney, and my eyes were faded blue. Was this the look of a Sinner? I only shook my head and began examining the shield...there was a crystal in the center of it...a golden crystal. "That crystal is a magic crystal formed in the Abyss. It, unlike most shields, possesses a magic that will protect the wielder at all costs, regardless of who his or her opponent is." I only nodded. "Is this all?" I asked. Kira shook his head and pointed at Sarah. "She holds a sword within her soul, a soul that cannot be broken...nor destroyed. This sword, is known as Excalibur. There used to be many blades like it...it's one of the only things that can truly destroy a Souless." Kira explained. I only slowly nodded. "A-Alright." I replied. Kira slowly nodded, then he stood up. "Your journey begins here." Kira said as he extended his arm, pointing his hand at me. "Awaken...Leonidas!" Kira's voice boomed...just like that, sleep enveloped me...and everything went black.
