The Babysitter

Chapter 1

*Beep Beep Beep*
I was woken up by my alarm clock. God I hate that sound!! I rolled out of bed ... literally and groaned as my skin hit the cold wood floor. I got up and went to my bathroom and hopped into the shower. Once I got out I went to my closet and picked out my outfit for school:

After I finished getting dressed, I went back into the bathroom and did my makeup and hair:

After I finished I went downstairs and looked at the time.
"Holy shit it's already 7 I have to go" I said to myself.
I grabbed my bag and headed out the door for school. On my way to school I got a call from my mom.
"Hey mom"
"Hey hunny one of my coworkers needs a babysitter for tonight from 6-10. They are paying 10 dollars an hour and you would be babysitting their 2 year old son, Kashius, they have four other kids but the two oldest don't live with them and the two others are going to be with them. So are you up for it?" She asked.
"Yeah sure mom that sounds good" I said.
"Ok hunny I'll see you when I get home I love you"
"Ok bye love you too"
Once I got to school I opened my locker and got my books for first period out. As I was walking to my class he walked by. Him. The player and or fuck boi of the school. Can you guess his name? Joey Birlem! Of course there were thousands of girls drooling over him as he walked by. I don't even know why though because he isn't even that attractive. Ok what am I saying he's fucking hot but he's also an ass. I walked into class and sat down in the back because I could play on my phone the entire class from back there.
•After School•
On my way home from school I got a call from an unknown number.
"Hello?"
"Hi this is Jen Vilchez. I'm your moms coworker" (I'm pretty sure that's her last name)
"Oh I'm sorry my mom didn't tell me you were calling"
"It's alright hunny anyways I was just calling to make sure you were up for the babysitting job tonight"
"Oh yes I would be more then happy too"
"Okay perfect I'll see you tonight then?"
"Yeah"
"Ok see you soon"
And with that the call ended.
•At Kashius's House•
I walked up to their front door and knocked. A beautiful dark haired woman opened the door with who I would guess is Kashius in her arms.
"Hi you must be Kaitlyn I'm Jen Kashius's mom" she said shaking my hand.
"Hi it's nice to meet you" I smiled.
"Thank you, you too"
"Yo I can't find my new jacket" a boy said coming down the stairs. I wasn't looking because I was to busy looking at Kashius in Jen's arms. I finally looked up to meet eyes with Mr. Fuck Boi himself. What is he doing here?
"Oh Kaitlyn this is Joey my son. He is about your age I think" she said. Ohhh I didn't know Joey lived here.
"I'm fourteen" I smiled.
"Oh only a year off" She replied.
"Joey this is Kaitlyn she will be babysitting Kashius for the night"
"Sweet" Joey said ... still looking at me.
It was getting awkward so I said,
"Oh can you show me where everything is like diapers and his food" I asked.
"Oh right of course, Joey can you show her where everything is so I can finish getting ready" She asked.
"Sure mom" Joey smiled.
Jen walked away and I looked at Joey. He smirked and took my hand and pulled me to the kitchen.
"I recognize you" he said.
I rolled my eyes and said,
"Well I go to your school and my mom does work for Rihanna" I said.
"No way really!?" He freaked.
"Nah just messing with ya I wanted to see your reaction" I laughed.
He groaned and said,
"Not cool" and walked away.
Wow what's his deal, he didn't even finish showing me where everything is.
"Hey you didn't finish showing me where everything is!" I said walking over to where he was.
"Oh yeah I forgot about that" he said. He started walking up the stairs so I followed.
"So why did you look so familiar again?" He asked.
"I go to your school" I repeated.
He stopped dead in his tracks, making me walk into him. He turned around and said,
"I knew you looked familiar, your the girl who always sits in the back on her phone the entire class" he laughed.
"That's me. Once I got caught and she made me go down to the office but I didn't hear her because I was to busy playing on my phone so I got detention for a week for being "disrespectful" . Apparently rolling your eyes when a teacher is crying because of all of the disrespect she gets is rude and unladylike" I shrugged my shoulders.
He laughed and said,
"I heard about that, that was you?" He questioned.
"The one and only" I bowed.
He laughed and said,
"Your funny"
"Thanks I know" I joked.
He laughed again and said,
"Anyways down here is Kashius's room"
He started walking down the hall and took a left into this really cute bedroom with a white crib and a white dresser. There was stuffed animals everywhere and a little lamp to give some light into the room.
"Over here are the diapers and his clothes are in the dresser" he said turning around. I dropped my phone so I bent down to pick it up. But the whole time I felt Joey's eyes burning lasers through my ass.
"It's not polite to stare at a girls ass when you just met them" I said turning around.
"But what if they have a nice ass" he smirked stepping closer to me.
"Still it's rude, did your mom ever teach you manners?" I questioned not moving.
He took another step closer and looked me up and down.
"Can you not do that? It's really weird" I said turning around and walking away. He followed me and right before I turned the corner I felt a huge sting on my butt.
"Joey!!" I gasped as I held my ass. I wiped my head around to see Joey with his hands up in defense.
"It was too hard not to do" he said. I rolled my eyes and continued to make my way to the stairs holding my ass the entire way there. I walked down the stairs with Joey behind me and smiled as I saw Kashius over in his mini swing playing with a stuffed animal. I walked over and sat down next to him.
"Hey bud" I said.
I took him out of the swing and held him on my hip. He started giggling and playing with my hair. I laughed and Jen came downstairs.
"Oh I see you've met Kashius" she smiled.
"Yeah he's adorable"
"Aww thank you" she said.
"Drewski, and Sophia lets go" Jen yelled up the stairs.
I didn't notice but Joey was standing right next to me. I turned to look at him and we made eye contact. He smirked ... again, and said,
"Mom I don't feel well can I stay home?"
"Really Joseph you feel the need to tell me now?" Jen snaps.
"I'm sorry mom I just feel really sick, my throat is killing me" he said.
"Oh alright fine, but you will stay in your room and not bother Kaitlyn with Kashius you hear me?" She said sternly.
"Yes ma'am" he said.
"Ok, well Kaitlyn we should be back around 9:30 or 10:00 if any problems happen you know who to call or you can get Joey from upstairs" Jen smiled.
"Ok thank you" I smiled.
"No problem hun"
The family walked out the door and I put Kashius back in his swing.
Joey looked at me and took a step closer.
I looked at him weirdly and said,
"You know that smirk won't get you anywhere" and walked away.
