4. Sweetheart

"Morning Sunshine." My mother greets me while skipping to the stove.

"Hey Mom where's Chris?" I ask because I don't see my jokester of a brother around. She turns to me and smiles "He's with a girl."

"A GIRL?!" I say shocked because I have never seen him hang out with girls. My mother just hums in delight while cooking her eggs. "Yeah can you believe It my dreams of being a grandma might actually come true!" She says with so much optimism and I just laugh.

"Yeah okay mom now when she comes over, if she ever will don't bombard her with questions and scare her off." She scoffs at me but smiles nevertheless "Yeah Yeah I'll try."

I laugh at her again I love my mom. Oh that's right I'm practicing with liam today after school almost forgot about that. "Okay well bye mom I'll see you later I won't be home till probably 7pm." She waves me goodbye and I the same.

Once I got to school the pictures of Blaire and Mr.heart were all over the students hands and it was all they were talking about. The look on her face though was the best she was so shocked but also looked like a tomato. "WHO THE HELL DID THS ?!!?" She yells in fury and the principle grabs her by the arm and takes her to his office. Well my work here is done, off to Jenny.

"Heya Jen." I say

"Why so happy L?" She looks at me with confusion . "Oh it's nothing Jenny i'm just glad Bimbo Blaire got caught."

She chuckles "Yeah I mean it was pretty obvious the way she and him were looking at each other in class but I didn't actually think she would do that with him."

I Nod in response and I see Mr.Hart with a box of his things going to the car. "It's too bad though he was actually a good teacher." She says and I agree. It really was too bad but what they were doing was just plain wrong and disgusting.

"OMG Kale!" She runs and jumps up on him. "I missed you baby." She says to him, "Missed you too." He says back to her. I just scoff at them "You guys legit saw each other yesterday ." Jen just looks at me with a face " Yeah Laila yesterday that was so long ago."

I roll my eyes in response and just walk to my next class, english. There was Liam reading a book, this guy likes to read too. "Hey there Romeo." I say to him and he just ignores me.

"Dude Liam what's your problem with me?" I ask him sincerely. He looks up at his book and just stares at me with a bored expression."Well you're annoying and a brat." He says back.

"Ouch you hurt my heart." I say while putting my hand on my chest.

"Yeah sucks."

"You know you're going to have to talk to me sometime you know because we have a play to rehearse after school."

"Whatever now go away."

"Awwe Liam you never smile."

"I only smile to people that I like."

"Well my goal for this month is to get you to laugh or smile." I say to him.

"Why you, why did it have to be you." He mumbles while putting his head down.
"Don't know but I set out a goal and I shall accomplish it. "
"Yeah alright sweetheart. "
After school was over Liam and I decided to meet up at his place to practice.
"So Liam what's your favorite of food." I ask him trying to come up with a conversation starter. "I don't know now let's get back to our lines. " he looks through the pages when finally his eyes widen. "There's a kiss." He says
"I have to kiss you. " I nod and grab my phone to check the the time. 5pm. "Okay then well lets practice that later. " he says then going back to the page he was on.

I didn't think we had to practice a kiss. "We're gonna practice the kiss? I thought we would just do it when we perform. " I say to him

"I mean it would be better if we practiced so it looks realistic on stage." Liam tells me "you sure it isn't because you want to kiss me so badly." I say while having a smirk.

"No sweetheart get over yourself." He says in all seriousness. "Chill mr. grumpy i was kidding." I say to him with a chuckle.

"Yeah alright so let's take it from here then carry on. " he says and we continue to practice for I'm not even sure how long.
"Hey let me check the time real quick. " I grab my phone from the table it reads 9:00 pm, crap! I'm late. "Dude sorry but I gotta get home it's already 9 see ya next week or something. " I say bye to him but before I walk out he calls me. "Rivers you're not half bad at acting good job today. " he says to me.

"Wow Liam you gave mee a compliment is the world ending or something." I say shocked but with a smile. "Anyways you did good too mr. grumpy Adios." I say then go home and fall right asleep on my oh so very comfy bed with all my pillows and stuffed animals.
