Towards the dark

Chapter 5

    I liked waking up early in the morning but not always. I went to the bathroom and took a long shower and got ready for college. I went downstairs and saw my mum, toasting breads and my dad watching news.
   
"Morning,mum.", I said and kissed her cheek.

"Good morning, bub!", she said with a  huge smile on her face.

"Morning, dad."
"Morning, princess!"

    I always loved it when my dad called me princess. I finished having breakfast and left.

    On my way to college I met Phoebe on my way. She was as always her happy self.

"I'm so bored for history today!" She whined
   
    I laughed at her and headed towards our class. We decided to take a seat at the end.

    Ms. Lewis didn't bore us to that extent today and I didn't see the bunman even. I was relieved that I didn't see him today.

    At break, we had a lot of fun. Phoebe introduced me to these two guys, Charlie and Archie and saying they are good would be an understatement.
   
     They are amazing and absolutely hilarious!

    Very soon the last lecture got over and we left.

"So, did you think about the party?", asked Phoebe, smiling.

"Erm...No, not really. When is it, by the way?"

"It is this Friday, you silly! Please come, Al! I want you to come!", said Phoebe.

"I promise to let you know by tomorrow, okay?"

    She nodded her head and gave me a warm smile. We said our good byes and I left to catch my bus.

    I didn't even notice the time until now. It was passed dinner time and yet my parents weren't home. Just in time the sound of the front door opening was heard.

    I went downstairs and my mother said, " So sorry we are late honey!"

"Its okay mum. I'm not hungry so I won't be having dinner today."

My mum nodded. "And yeah mum, there is this party on Friday... may I go?"

She hesitated at first but then said, " Yes. But you have to be home early."

I nodded my head and went to bed

' " Thank you so much!", I said to the shopkeeper and left. I don't know why the road is so soulless today. I was a bit nervous but I kept walking.

    'Only five minutes away from your house,Alice. Chill and don't tense.' I thought to myself when suddenly I was pulled in a dark valley.

    I was not able to scream as the person had kept his hand on my mouth. When I raised my head and looked into the person's eyes— those eyes! I have seen then somewhere. Hazel eyes, hazel eyes...bunman!! It is Harry.
"Umm,umm" I am trying to scream but isn't coming out clearly.

    I got an idea. I bit him, hard. He yelped in pain.

" What the hell!?!"

" I'm supposed to say that, you dumbass!! What is wrong with you?"

    He didn't answer, instead pushed me up against the wall.

"Don't talk to me in that tone!" He gritted through his teeth.

    I was a little nervous. Note, a little nervous. I was trying to push him but it was if no use.

"What are you doing!?", I asked him.

    In response he placed a kiss under my jaw which sent shivers downstairs my body.

" What happened, love? Why are you shivering?", he asked, nuzzling his nose in the crook if my neck.

"What and why are you doing it?", I whispered.
   
    He started sucking on the base of my neck. It gave me certain kind of pleasure but I knew that it was wrong and suddenly the pleasure subsided and pain took over.

    I screamed in pain and he was laughing evilly.

    I jolted up from my bed and started panting. I touched my neck and there was nothing.  

"Calm down Alice. Calm down. It was just a nightmare."

I said to myself and tried to sleep.
