Don't Be A Fool

Chapter Eighteen

Roses POV 

"Oh these are cute." Alicia says and shows me some sunglasses. We're at the mall right now shopping for new clothes.

"Yeah they look good." I say and look at the other sunglasses. "Oh try these on!" She says and hands me a pair. 

I grab them and put them on. "I like these." I say and then goofily stay posing. "Europe will definitely love those." She says and I laugh.

We go and buy our things and then continue walking around the mall. We were coming up to a Macy's and there is a huge display for Shawns new fragrance and they have a life size cut out of Shawn.

I look at it as we come closer to it. Alicia looks at me and then walks right up to the cut out of Shawn and kicks it causing it to fall to the ground.

"Alicia!" I say and laugh. There was a girl and her mom looking at us like we're crazy, but Alicia just flipped her hair behind her shoulder and walked right over the cut out.

"Let's go Rose." She says and links arms with me as we walk to another store. "You're awesome." I say and we both laugh.

After shopping we went back to my house to have dinner with eveyone. My parents know about the break up with Shawn now and they really didn't have anything  to say about it. It was kind of weird.

I spent the rest of the day with my family before I have to go to Europe in the morning. It's all so scary but so exciting at the same time.

I've been on this flight for hours and I feel so sick. The turbulence was awful and I threw up twice.

My new talent agent and manager Talia held my hair back as I puked in the toilet on the plane.

"We're about to land." She says and hands me a bottle of water. "Thanks." I say and drink some. 

Finally they announced that it was time to exit the plane. I got the hell of that plane as soon as possible.

"Okay I'm having someone take our bags to the hotel because you have to get to a meeting with the directors and meet the cast of the movie." Talia says and I nod.

"Okay." I say and drink more water. "While you're in your meeting I'll be having a meeting with some media people." She says and I nod.

"About what?" I ask. "Getting you interviews and all that stuff." She says. "Cool." I say and we go and get into a car.

I was dropped off at a small building and I walk to the front desk. "Hi, excuse me but where is conference room B?" I ask and look at my phone to make sure that's the place.

"Down this hall three doors down and to the right." The lady at the desk says and I nod. "Thank you." I say before walking down the hall.

I slowly open the door and see three men and two ladies all sitting down and they all stand and smile when they see me.

"Hi." I say when I enter. "Rose Warburton, pleased to meet you." One man with glasses says. "I'm Henry, the director. We'll be seeing a lot of each other." He says and we shake hands.

"This is Mark, Jason, and Pam. They're the writers, and that is Kelsy. She's one of our head producers." Henry says. "Well it's nice to meet you all." I say and smile.

"You're the first one here so just go ahead and sit down. I'll get your script for you." He says and I sit down and cross my legs.

Henry hands me my script and I grab a highlighter from my bag. I begin highlighting all of my parts in the script while I wait for everyone else.
