"What do you want"I ask,glaring at Jayden.I know it sounded a little rude,but he hurt me.

"um"He says looking around,but I just stare at him waiting for a reason at why he standing on my door step.

"well"I ask.

"I want to apologize,and also I heard about you dad"He say and I nod slightly

That's when I realize Gracie is in the house,I am kind-of hoping she doesn't wake up.

"okay,is that all"I ask,and he stares at me,I like I have a second head"um".

"oh,right,um I want to say sorry for being a prick,yesterday.With all the yelling and than walking out,and just for..."

"...everything"he finishes.

"okay.."I begin but get disturbed by someone screaming out to me.

"Mummy,"Gracie cry's,and I begin to stand up when Jay grabs my wrist to stop me.I turn around to look at him.

"wait,um can I meet her"he ask,"properly."

wait he wants to met Gracie my Gracie,I can't say no,sorry I am afraid,just in case she recognize you.I think he would find out if I say that.so I nod instead.

He lets me go and I walk up the stairs to my old room.

Half way up the second lot of stairs"what room is she in"Jayden ask.

"My old room,not sure if you know where that is,but it is on.."

"third floor,second room to the right.I know"he says with a grin,and I smile at him,and we keep walking.

Once we get to my room,I walk straight into the room,and over to Gracie where she is laying on the bed,crying.

I go and sit next to her and she looks at me,while climbing on my lap hugging into me."it's okay sweetie,it was just a dream"I say trying to clam her down.

I look up at Jay who is just staring at us"so this is Gracie"he says and Gracie looks up at him,than back to me.

"mummy"I look down to her"why is daddy here"she ask pointing to Jayden,I think we both froze.

I didn't know what to say so I just stare at her."what did you say"he asks her"What did she say"he ask me that time.

"daddy is that really you"she ask him,but he just stares at her like she lost her mind.I swear if this was a cartoon his eye would be popping out of his head,oh how I wish this was a cartoon.

"Charlotte"he pauses and I look up at him"I think we need to talk"I nod and sit Gracie on the bed.

"I will be back sweetie,right back"I say to Gracie and walk out the door with Jayden,making sure I shut the door over.

"What the fuck Charlie"he yells,and I step back"That kid is mine,really"he asks and I nod."Fuck Charlie"quieting down a bit.

"I'm sorry"I whisper

"your sorry,you kept my kid away from me for 3 fucking years and all you can say is,your sorry".

"Fuck you Jayden"I say with tears running down my face"Your the one who hurt me,you ticked me off your list remember,I guess that didn't go according to plan"I say,"I bet you didn't want to leave high school with a kid either,but you did,so what can I say."I shrug,wiping away the tears.

"That's what you wanted to tell me"I look at him"you wanted to tell me you were pregnant"he ask and I nod.

"yep,don't you remember,I punched you,said I hated you than said that you will never know what you needed to be told.I can't believe you didn't click it was something important.".

"but you left,why did you try harder,you never give up on anything.Never have you once gave up on me even when I tried to push you away,you didn't give up why now."

"Because Jayden,I realizes you weren't worth fighting for anymore.You left me,push me away,hated me for what ever reason I don't know but you did and you even,embarrassed me in front of the whole school,but than I was your next whore you had to bang and I gave up,I felt so low and that's when I figured what's the point fighting for something that will just hurt you in the end.Whats the point trying to save something that was never there,and if I did tell how could I trust you not to hurt my baby,like you hurt me."I finished and my tears where really falling now.

"Charlie,did you really thing that low of your self "he asks.

"truthfully,yes you embarrassed me twice,and put me on as a s**t,imagine if I told you right there,that would of made things worst"I say.He looks at me which felt like 5 minutes.

"I have to go"than he ran down the stairs.

"yep that's,just what I thought you would do Jayden."I yell at him but he keeps running"You are already hurting her Jay"I mumble the last bit.

I try and wipe away the tears,that's when I realize I am not crying because he left me,I am crying because he left her.

After Tea I let Gracie play a little before bed,I applied to look in a few houses on the 5th of June so next week.I am also starting university on the 9th of June which is in two weeks(when the school goes back).

I looked up the school and they say they have a daycare center on campus,which I am going to enroll Gracie in while I am in class which I made sure I only have morning classes,for her sake.

Now my only problem,will be Jayden.
