Chapter 21:Home Sweet Home

Charlotte POV

Tuesday 17th of June.

Today is the day I get to go home.

Yesterday Jayden brought Gracie to see me,she kept asking questions,about why I was here and not at home,and who was Caiden,it was hard to explain but we got there,Caiden wasn't very happy that I was 17 when I had her,but he will get over it.

I am sitting in the car waiting for Jayden to come back.

My mum still won't speak to me,and she still as drunk as she was when I first saw her,so I didn't want her near my daughter which she wasn't to pleased about.

"okay are you ready,Gracie is buckled in and we can go home"Jayden says,sitting in the car,buckling him self in,"you okay"he ask and I nod a yes and we leave,heading home.

When we turn the corner and I see our house,I suddenly smiled,you never realize who much you miss your home when you haven't been there for awhile.

1 week Later-Tuesday 24th June-5:00pm

 It has been a week since I got home and it has been the longest week,ever as I was not aloud to go to school,doctors orders,I also have to get monthly check up,they said it would be like last time.

For some reason I feel like they haven't told me everything that I missed,I think there is something missing.

I have been planing Dad's funeral,I have told family and friends that the funeral is,a week from today,so I am fit enough to go as well.

"Hey,how was today"I look up from the planning papers to see Jayden,talking to me.Next Gracie comes running in.

Jayden took Gracie to daycare,letting me rest,he has been doing that since I got out of hospital.

"boring,as all the other days,I am actually happy to go back to school,tomorrow."I say and he laughs.

"okay well, how about we orders some pizza and the three of us sit and have a movie night"Jay ask and I nod.

"yay,I will,get my p.j on"Gracie yells running off.

"okay I will take that as a yes"Jay cackles and walk to the phone"You pick a movie Charlie"he yells.

I walk over to my movie collection trying to find a movie all three of us can watch."Hey how about Spy Kids"turn around to see Jayden holding up the movie,I nod,quickly grabbing the movie and putting it in.

"um I am going to get my pajamas on."I say walking to my room.

Jayden POV

Waiting for the girls to get there pajamas on,I sit on the couch and wait.

Ding,Dong

I grab some money,knowing it will be the pizza and open the door.

"What are you doing here"I ask rudely,I thought it would be the pizza man but instead...

"well,Cruz told me this is where your staying"I glare at him.

"well what is it you want,"I ask stepping out of the house,slowly shutting the door behind me.

"you,we need your help,meet me at the warehouse,Sunday"boss says walking away.I stare waiting until he leaves.

Boss:Shane Ward is Cruz uncle,and my boss,as well as Jake,Alec,Lincoln,Harvey and Cruz.That is why I stick around with them,and that's why no one is aloud to know about Gracie,she will get hurt,as will Charlie.

I joined the gang when I was 17,the year I told Charlie's secret.Anyway I was walking home when I met the guys,they where pretty cool,but than I meet Shane,he was pretty cool to,than I found out he had a step-daughter named Mandy,but she goes by Steward which is her mum's maiden name,she doesn't like Shane,that was until he set her up,with me,you know as a one night stand kind-of thing(which is what I thought),but all boss ever wanted was for Mandy to like him,so why not get her together with someone,and I was the unlucky one who got put with the whore.The slut of the school and the bad boy/player,yep works doesn't.

If you answered no,than you got it right because I was in love with someone else,you know sleeping with Mandy and having another girl on my mind,suxs but that's how it happened.Anyway at the start of the year,I got told I had to go out with Mandy,or else which I did than I broke it off,but not in her head I didn't,Mandy is worse than she was in High school,where I am not the same but my gang doesn't need to know that,no one does.I think that this meeting on Sunday might have something to do with all that,breaking it off with Mandy.

"Hey Jay,you okay."I turn around and realize I am still out side.My eye accidentally scan her body.She is wearing black satin pajama pants,a white tank top.Her brown hair was out and flowed to one side."Jay"she says blushing,I think she caught me.

"yer"I say look into her eye"um,I mean yer I am fine,I was,um..looking for the pizza man"I say looking around.

"well there it is"she says pointing to the car behind me,I nod and collect the pizza.I hear her laugh before going back inside.

"The movie wasn't that bad"I say

"it was boring,Jay look even,Gracie thinks so,she fell asleep"Charlie says pointing at Gracie.

We ended up watching to movies,Spy Kids and Mary Poppins. Okay so maybe it was boring but I am not going to admit it.Charlie is hugging into my chest,I have an arm wrapped around her,wishing she never had that accident,things used to be always like this.I realize now after everything we have been through I still love her. 

"Charlie"I say,she looks up to me,"I love"I say,but I stop,I see the shock in her face,"Gracie,I love Gracie"I say and her face softens.

"I am glad you do,I love her to"she says and I smile"well I am going to go to bed we have school tomorrow"Charlotte says,standing up

"yep,I will take Gracie to her room"I say walking to Gracie.

After putting her in bed,I walk to the guest room the one near Gracie's room,Laying down I wonder what Boss wants to know,I didn't think to hard about it,instead sleep takes over.
