Charlotte POV

Monday 6th of April

"Hey Charlie,can you believe it our baby's want to be here,they are nearly ready,you are 37 weeks along,I wish you were here,no I need you to stay with me and we need these two little ones to be here to,you just have to wake up Ce,please you have to try and Promise Me,and try to wake up,Gracie needs you Charlotte,I need you.I have been here once before,you lost your memory last time,you forgot me and than I pushed the person I love away,not this time,I will stick by you Charlotte because I love you,I love you so you have to wake up.I need you to we all do,please Charlie"I hear Jayden's voice,

I want to see his face,wanting to wake up and open my eyes,but it hurts and I feel like I am trapped between two brick wall.

My body lets me open my eyes,but everything begins out blurry before,it becomes clear.I begin to choke,I hear people running

After the tubes have been taking out,and I had some water."I can't believe you are awake"the doctor says.

"how long"I choke out.

"um,nearly the whole nine months,you are now 37 weeks pregnant."he say and I smile.

"really,I can't  believe I was asleep that long"I pause"can I see my daughter please"I ask and he nods.

A few minute's later Jayden and Gracie come running in,"I can't believe you are awake,"he says hugging me.

"well here I am"I laugh."hello baby"I say look at Gracie

"you live"she says and I nod"I got a doll for Christmas,it was like you mummy"she says and the tears in my eyes start to fall.

I try to pick her um with loads of trouble,Jayden places her on the bed,"I am right here baby"I say hugging her.

*-*-Thursday 9th of April

I am still stuck in the hospital,but today is Jayden Birthday,Because I wasn't aloud out I got Chantelle to get us something from,me and Gracie.

"Happy Birthday Jay"I say pecking his lips.

"Thanks baby,how are you feeling"

'fine but enough about me it your birthday"I say

"I know,but you are more important,you and our babies"he says

"why do you keep saying babies"I ask and he looks around,as if he is hoping there are people here.

"Hey"Chantelle walks in with Gracie.

"Happy Birthday Daddy"

"Thank you princess"He says picking her up.

We begin to give Jay his presents.I ask Gracie to give him the present.Tell and Gracie ended up getting him,a new football sighed and tickets to a football games.I believe they got him some clothes as well.

"Thanks Guys"He says kissing me,and than kissing Gracie Forehead.

*-*-Saturday 11th of April

I had to stay in here for the rest of the pregnancy and got its horrible,I keep having contraction pains,I am having a feelling this baby is coming today.

.

Hours later,and here I am laying back down,getting ready.They baby is coming and is coming quick.

3 person POV

*The sound behind the closed curtain.*

"Charlotte,Push,Push,once more"

"Its A Boy"

"Okay Charlotte Once more"

"There is Fucking Two"

"yes so push"

"Its A Girl"

Charlotte POV

Holding my beautiful twins"There Beautiful"Jayden Says,

"They are,"I look up at him"where is Gracie,I want her to be the first to see them"I say,and he goes to get her.

"Hey mummy,who are they"she ask.

"Gracie meet your Brother and Sister."

"really"she ask,as I nod.

"This one is Marcus,and the one daddy is holding Is Mackenzie"I say and she nods.

"can I hold mummy",

"not yet baby,they have to sleep right now okay"I say and she nods.

I look at Jayden saying other can came in now.He nods,and puts down Mackenzie.

"Hey girl,how are you"Chantelle walks in followed by Caiden.

"I'm good,would you like to meet your Nephew and Niece."I ask and she nods.

So after other's start to come in,Meaning Christina,Cory,and than Jayden's Family.

I introduced them properly.

"Welcome to the world Marcus,and Mackenzie."Margie says(Jayden Mother)."so middle names,what are they".

"um Marcus Isaac,and Mackenzie Rose,but I don't what last names yet."I say

"I do"I turn around,to see Jayden down on one knee"I know its not the most romantic spot,but I can't live with out you again Charlie,I need you in my life,I have lost you once and nearly lost you again,but I can't wait any longer,we have been through to much,so Charlotte Rose Lewis,will you do me the honor,to Marry Me."He ask

I was speechless and didn't trust my voice so I nodded instead.His smile grows if possible.

I hear everyone clap,but I was to busy focusing on the kiss."so when can we go home,I don't know about you but I am sick of hospitals,representing you were practically in here for nine months"Jayden says and I smile.

"if everything goes well tomorrow"I say,walking over to my babies."Gracie"I say putting my arms out to pick her up.We sit here and look over the babies.

I just can't wait to be home
