"A Stare That Can Start A War"

I took out my phone and looked at the time. 1:21Am. I couldn't sleep at all. I toss and turn trying to make myself comfortable but I just couldn't sleep.

KNOCK.

I sat up hearing a slight knock, then the door opened and Jongin came in."What do you want..?!", I whisper yelled at him. He smiled as he closed the door and sat next to me.

"I couldn't sleep..", He said. I didn't reply but just looked away from him."If I sleep with Hyung..Maybe I'll sleep well. Can I sleep with you?"

"Huh?!? What kind of absurd question is that? Of course you can't sleep with me! We are both guys..! That's just weird!", But as I kept talking Jongin made himself comfortable next to me, tugging himself in. He pull me closer to him, my head resting on his arm, my face buried in his chest, and his other arm around my waist.

"J-Jongin...!! Let me go..!", I tried to push him away but it was impossible. I gave up and just lay there silently. I could hear Jongin's rapid heartbeat.

"...Why is your heart beating so fast...?" I didn't even realize that came out of my mouth. Jongin took his arm that was around my waist and lift my chin up to face him, making eye contact. And I didn't realize because I was mesmerized, I was sure my face was more red then the color red.

"Isn't it obvious...? Of course I get shy and nervous around Do-Hyung. You make my heart go crazy..When I'm with you, you make me so weak", He whisper calmly as I looked at him. Frozen.

"Hyung...", He whispered.

"W-What...?" I manage to say.

"You're so unfair..."

"Eh?" I was confused.

"You think I can hold back when you're looking at me like that...? If you keep looking at me like that...I'll kiss you."

My face mentally exploded. My heart was beating so hard it doesn't even know when to stop. I couldn't do anything but just keep staring at him.

"Are you giving me your permission?? Can I....?", He lean closer slowly. I snap back to reality and shut my eyes right, griping on to his shirt.

But I felt a soft lip touch my forehead, but only for a few second. I opened my eyes and looked at him,"Don't worry...I won't do something Do-Hyung hates. Ah~ It's late let go to sleep", Jongin said and shut his eyes.

I was taken back by his action."I....don't........hate....", My Mind was going crazy that I started to mumble.

"Hmm...?" Jongin let out.

"!!....Nothing. Night", I quickly said and closed my eyes into his warm embrace. Trying to forget what I was about to say.

I woke up earlier then Jongin, He was still asleep while I gather my things to go home."Are you sure you don't want to inform Master?", One of the maid ask me as she walked me to the main door.

"No, Thanks for letting me stay", I bow 90 degree and took my bike. But before she closed the door,"Wait".

She looked at me with a questioning face,"Tell.....Jongin I said Thank you. Bye!", I quickly ran out before hearing her reply. I went home and got ready for school. Tuesday wasn't gonna be a good day, because it's too far away from Friday.

I walked to school and stopped at the stop light. I was humming to the music I was listening to, but suddenly about 5 girls surrounded me. I looked around confused, they all just smiled at me. They had my school uniform so I bet they go to the same school as me.

"......Hello...", I said taking out one earbud.

"Hello!! I'm Chae Seojin, Nice to meet you!" One with with a long hair introduces herself. I gave her a confused nod.

"...Do Kyungsoo...", I said still completely frozen.

"Me and my friends were gonna ask you if you should join Music Club! Chanyeol told us you are a great singer!", Seojin and her girlfriends stared at me with wide eyes.

That son of a- Chanyeol...!!

"R-Really..? He said that..? I bet he is ly-"

"He showed us a video he took of you singing and we were really amazed! We don't have much any male singer so I thought you've consider this offer! Please!!", Seojin put her hand together and pledge. And her friends soon followed.

I looked at them no knowing what to do. I wasn't use to so many people especially girls being near me."Sure...I'll consider it", My words came without thinking. Then they squeal and high five each other.

"Thank you! See you at school!" With that they all walked ahead. I processed what just happened and hit myself on the head.

"Wow..You seems to be popular with the boys and girls in our school", someone said and a hand slither around my neck. I jumped and backed away.

"YAH!! Kim Jongin..!! Don't scared me like that...!!", I yelled trying to regain my stand.

"Sorry....Who are they?", He said and somehow we are walking to school together now.

"Some girls from Music Club, they want me to join."

"Are you gonna?", He asked.

"Maybe. I'll think about it."

"Wow. Hyung is so popular," Jongin said it with a mocking annoyed tone.

"What? It's not like you're not popular in school. Prince like figure to everyone," I roll my eyes.

"And to you to Right?"

"Stop making me cringe."

"Ah~ So mean." We enter the school and went to our homeroom. Class wasn't anything special, except for something that happened. The door opened.

"Excuse me...Is Kyungsoo here?", I saw Seojin come in as she bow to the Teacher. I stood up,"Yes?".

I heard other student whisper:

"What does she want with that nerd?"

"How he hook with a hottie when he is trash?"

"I feel bad for that chick if that's her boyfriend."

I ignore their comment and focus on Seojin."May I borrow Kyungsoo?", She asked and the Teacher nod. As I walked out to follow Seojin, I felt a scary, sharp, deathly stare from someone. And it wasn't just any scary stare.
