Quin and Puck looking out to ocean. Artie is lying unnoticed on the ground.

"Pity we can't have a swim..." Quinn said.

Puck looking down toward the rocks.  "What's that, there? Looks like someone's clothes."

" A bather? Weird. Maybe it's only seaweed. Let's go look." Quinn said.

Puck and Quinn scramble down to the rocks where Artie is lying.

"It is clothes, a bundle of them. That's a boot. Let's go farther down." Puck said.

"It's not clothes... it's a guy..." Quinn said.

"My God! It's Artie! And he's dead!" Puck reply.

Slowly, Both look at each other.

Puck laughing. "So that's it, is it, Quinn?"

"There's no one on the island – no one at all – except us two..." Quinn said.

"So we know where we are?" Puck said.

"How was it worked – that trick with the marble bear?"Quinn said.

Puck shrugs. "A conjuring trick... a very good one. This is the end, you understand. We've come to the truth. This is the end."

"I understand... that's what Dave said too. Poor Artie..." Quinn said.

Puck sneering. "What's this, womanly pity?"

"Why not? Haven't you any pity?" Quinn said.

"I don't have pity for you. Don't expect it!" Puck said.

"We must move him. Carry him up to the house." Quinn suggested.

"To join the other victims, I suppose? All neat and tidy? As far as I'm concerned he can stay here." Puck said.

"At any rate, let's get him out of the sea." Quinn said.

Puck and Quinn tug and tug. As they are struggling, Quinn removes revolver from Puck's pocket. Puck does not notice.

Puck panting. "Not such an easy job. But are you satisfied?"

"Quite." Quinn said.

Puck spins around. Quinn is now holding the revolver and pointing it at Puck.

"So that's the reason for your womanly pity. You wanted to pick my pocket!" Puck said.

Quinn nods.

"Give me the revolver. Now." Puck demanded.

Quinn laughs, and continues pointing the revolver at him.

"Come on, hand it over." He said.

Quinn shakes her head.

"Now look here, my dear girl –" Puck reply.

Puck springs at her. Quinn shoots, and Puck falls down dead.

"At last it's over..." Quinn said.

Quinn walks back to the house and looks at the bowl of soldier boys.

"You're behind on the times, my dears." She throws two out of the window and picks up the last. "You can come with me. We've won, my dear! We've won!" walks upstairs, and sees noose hanging from the hook." One little soldier boy left all alone... What was the last line? Something about getting married? No.. he wants me to hang myself. And that's the last line. One little soldier boy left all alone... he went and hanged himself and then there were none..." Drops the soldier boy, arranges the noose around her neck, stands on the chair, and kicks it away.
