We got home and I went upstairs to put on my clothes for the gym. I decided on Black spandex and aqua Nike sports bra with black nike tennis shoes. I fed Boe and took him outside, then Jake and I left the house. I didn't miss the way Scott was sitting on his porch watching Jake and I leave. I knew Jake hasn't been to this gym other than to fight here. He's never trained here before but I know Nate would be okay with it.

After a few minutes of me giving horrible directions, we arrived. We got off the bike and Jake laughed at me and gave me a disappointed look. I may have gotten us lost. Maybe twice. But hey, who's counting?

"Brianne, you suck at directions." He joked, but not really joking. "You got us lost. TWICE!" Okayyyy, I guess he was counting but who cares.

"Hey, were here right? That's all that matters." He shakes his head and I drag him to the front doors and meet Nate.

"Hey, Nate, I'm here with Jake."

Nate puts his hand out for Jake to shake and they did that bro hug that all guys seem to do. When they pull apart, Nate asks Jake if he was the guy I beat that night of our fight. Jake just laughs and nods his head, but not before he made that dumb excuse where he let me win. This idiot. He didn't even know it was me at the time. I roll my eyes and Jake and I walk in. I take him over to the spot where I always practiced at, except there was a problem. A big one. Scott was standing there. Sweaty and punching the bag repeatedly. He had his ear buds in, luckily, I doubt he heard us come in over the Loud thud from hitting the bag and the music he was playing. I grab Jake's hand and pull him over to the other side of the gym to another station of punching bags.

"Hey Bree, why don't we just skip the bag and start fighting?" I laugh. Now that I knew it was Jake and he knew it was me, I know he wouldn't actually hit me. Not now.

"You wouldn't even touch me." I reply.

"I mean....I could touch you if you wanted me too." He says winking at me. I roll my eyes at how dirty his mind was and punch him in the shoulder. He throws me over his shoulder and runs towards the ring. Once we get there, he puts me down on the mat and we start 'fighting'. I was practically laughing the whole time because I found this hilarious but I guess people didn't hear my laugh and thought it was an actual fight because A crowd started forming. I roll my eyes and punch Jake. Then I saw Scott standing there watching. He looked impressed, but he also looked broken and I could see depression in his eyes. I was caught off guard by just looking into his eyes and Jake swooped his leg under me and knocked me off balance. I just lay there. We haven't even been fighting for very long or for very hard but I felt defeated. Broken. Tired. All the energy was just drained From my body and I didn't even have the energy to get up off the floor.

Jake looked down at me with a worried expression on his face. "Bree! I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you." He says as he leans down and scoops me up. "I'm so sorry princess." He whispers.

"Hey Hey, it's okay, you didn't hurt me, I'm just a little tired." I say as I glance back over to Scott. I force a smile at him and he nods his head at me. I must have fallen asleep because next thing I know, I woke up in my bed with the moon light shining through my window and Boe curled up at my side. I look at the clock beside my table and saw it was 3:07 am. I sit up because I got this weird feeing someone was watching me and so did Boe, I guess, because he sat up too and looked around and had his back hairs standing up. I️ quietly get up out of bed, Boe at my feet, and go over to my window. Jake's side. And look out. Nothing. I could see Jake laying in his bed, probably asleep. Call me a stalker but they seriously need to build these houses farther apart. I make my way over to Scott's side and saw nothing.

I know I wouldn't be going back to bed soon so I decide to go to the 24 hour diner a few blocks away. What? I was hungry for a milkshake. I slip on my ugg boots and a hoodie after grabbing my phone and walking out of the house.

I was walking down the street and I still had that creepy feeling of someone watching me so I picked up the pace a little bit. It was creepy out here the more I looked at it. There was a full moon and the streets were empty except when I would walk passed an alley that would have a few people standing there or the occasional bar I would walk past and have a few drunk people staggering around. I pick up my pace and start walking a little faster, scared that someone really is watching me and I'm at the diner within a couple of minutes. I walk up to the counter and there was a young guy working there, he seemed about my age and let's just say, he wasn't ugly. I asked for a chocolate milkshake for here and he gets it ready for me. His name tag read Zeke. After he handed it to me he got a worried look on his face. He wasn't looking at me, but he was looking over my shoulder. I carefully turn around and saw why he was worried.

My eyes go wide and my heart dropped.
