Erelil's POV
We have finally arrived in Rivendell after a long journey. Bilbo was telling me stories of his and the dwarves adventures. Gandalf told me about the other wizards and promised to put on a fireworks display for me. Tauriel told me about her life and we became good friends. The rest of the guards weren't as chatty, but were good at their job. I had changed into a red and gold dress with a hood.
It's up as we enter the entrance court yard to be greeted by Rivendell guards, Lindir and my brother in-law Elrond. "Welcome back to Rivendell Gandalf and Bilbo Baggins. Welcome honoured guests" Elrond says in the common tongue.
"I believe we have someone you've been looking for Lord Elrond" Tauriel states as one of her guards helps me off Aurora. Elrond turns to me as I walk forward and I curtsy to him.
"Meld gwanur, ha has been na an " I tell him in Sindarin removing my hood. (Translation: Dear brother, it has been to long).
"Erelil" he says before smiling pulling me into a tight hug. Elves don't show emotions often, but when we do they are strong. "Mín were so worried, i others will n- thrilled na see cin" he tells me in elvish. (Translation: We were so worried, the others will be thrilled to see you). "Please have our guests escorted to their chambers" he tells Lindir who bows his head. Then with our arms linked he leads me to an other court yard.
Where an elf maiden, two elf warriors and my parents were waiting with Haldir. I ran into my parents arms crying tears of joy. "We've missed you are darling daughter and look forward to hearing your story" father states.
"You can read it" I tell taking out the box of letters I'd written. "I wrote these letters during my imprisonment, but could never send them. They explain everything" I explain handing them to him. "Mother I still have your gift and I hope we can begin my training soon" I say smiling.
"We'll talk about that when we return home" she assures me. "There are four others who have missed you" she adds. I'm sandwiched between the two elf warriors.
"Aunty Erelil, we missed you can you sing for us?" they ask. I take a good look at them and gasp.
"Elladan, Elrohir?" I ask they nod their heads happily. "Last time I saw you, you were only just starting to fight. I've out so much of your lives and Arwen's" I say looking at the elf maiden. "You look so much like your mother, but have your father's hair colour" I tell her as I stroke it. "Last time I saw you, I could carry you in my arms" I state.
"There are many things I wish to talk to you about Aunt Erelil. That I never could with father" she tells me.
"Don't worry, you can come with me to Lothlorien and we can talk as mush as you want" I assure her. "Haldir, have you been lifting weights or something?" I ask giggling.
"I have missed you Princess Erelil and I apologize for the guards failure to protect you all those years ago. I assure you we have all trained harder since then" he tells me. Was it just me or is he more handsome then I remember. "Now I must go inform the guards of your return as we'll leave in two days time" he adds kissing my hand before leaving. I see Father already reading my letters with Elrond.
"Did you make some new songs Erelil?" mum asks.
"Yes I did and I wrote them down" I tell her.
"I'd like to hear them" Arwen tells me and mum nods her head in agreement.
"Yes please sing Aunty" Elladan and Elrohir plead. Elrond and Father look over making me laugh. Then remember a song I made about family and thought it appropriate as we're all family.

Family!" I finish singing and they clap.
"Still as beautiful as ever" Elrond and dad praise.
"Yes, you've obviously had a lot of practice" mum comments.
"I have, it's all the dragon wanted me to do is sing" I tell her.
"We understand why" the twins state smiling. "We could never sleep without you singing to us and neither could Arwen. When you were here" they explain.
"You just wanted an excuse to hear her sing" Elrond tells them sternly and we all laugh. Just then elves appear with food for us all and we sat at the table. Gandalf, Haldir, Bilbo and Tauriel joined us for dinner. We joked and caught up as we ate dinner. Elrond told Tauriel her and the Mirkwood guards could stay for awhile before they go home. She assured him she'd pass the message on.
"So Erelil, have you thought about potential suitors during your time away?" dad asks making me blush.
"Not really, but there was a certain someone I couldn't get off my mind as from the family" I tell him.
"Who?" my niece and nephews ask. I give mum a pleading look and she tells dad to drop the subject. But I know she knew who I speaking about, due to her ability to enter peoples minds. Elrond probably knows also to his ability to see the future. But I doubt Haldir feels that way about me and I have to focus on my training when I return home. However, while in Rivendell I can relax and spend time with my family.
