Wade, and his family came a few minutes later. We all said our greetings to both him, his parents and his sister. We soon were chatting away on the couch, drinking some red wine as well, expect for Wade's sister, who was too young to be drinking. I, after pouring myself a cup, went over to sit beside her so that I can know her some more. She gave me a weird look as I tried to squish myself in the small space between her and the couch arm rest.

"Yes, how may I help you?" She asked, while still typing away on her phone.

"Oh, nothing. You look as if you're not enjoying yourself." I repiled.

"It's nothing like that." She said. "There's no other children around here." She sighed, looking back at her dimmed screen.

"You know, when I was your age,"

"How old are you? 80?" I chuckled.

"Yes, I'm a old grandma. But when I was like you, still young and all, I'd only go to family gatherings just for the food." I said. "I didn't really interact with the children, nevermind the adults, but I did interact with the food a lot." She laughed.

"That's basically what I do; I don't like people."

"You think I do?" I sipped on my wine. "Honey, please. Mark is already enough, I don't need anymore." She snickered.

"Hey, (Y/N)?" I looked over at who ever was calling me, which was Wade. I got up and went over to him, crouching down at ear level.

"Wanna take her and grab some candy?" He asked, handing me a ten dollar bill. I smirked, calling the girl, who's name I still don't have, over.

"Put on your shoes and let's bounce while your parents are chit-chating with everyone else." I said, while putting on my own shoes and grabbing my phone. She did the same and went off to the bus station, going to the mall.

"I have ten dollars, and you get to choose to buy whatever you want." I commented as we entered the mall. The girl huffed, placing her phone in her back pocket. "I never got to do this when I was a child, so you better take great advantage of it." She smirked.

Entering back inside the house, I handed Wade back his change before going into the kitchen to grab some more wine. I finally got more out of Wade's sister in the past 15 minutes we were out.

Her name was Abigail, she's thirteen and in grade eight. She does want to study music and wants to produce music when she's older. And she told me that she's 'a simple child with simple needs' just because she only grabbed three Recees and we walked around the mall for a few more minutes.

As we looked back into the living room, I saw that it was way more packed than usual. Bob's, Signe's and Felix's family came over, which ment more little ones roaming the house. And right now, Sean's parents and Marzia's family came in. I greeted everyone before entering the kitchen again, and pouring the people who entered wine.

"So," I started, putting on the cap of the wine bottle on the bottle. "You know you're technically related to Markiplier? Do your friends know about that?"

"I like to keep that type of stuff to myself, normally," Abigail responded. "But my closest friend knows Mark, even though he has no clue who he is."

"He?" Her face turned bright red and shook her hands no.

"No no. It's nothing like that,"

"You're blushing." I said and sipped my wine, a little too exaggerated. "Is he special?"

"Of course not-"

"But you said he's your 'closest friend'."

"That's because-" She sighed loudly, placing her hands over her face that's red like a apple. "He's just my best friend." Abigail sipped on her drink.
