"You ready?" Mark peeped his head inot the room. We were going out to one, buy me pills for my sleeping problem and two, to buy me a new phone.
"Yeah..." I sighed, looking at myself in the mirror. Now, all my clothes were too big for me, so I looked like a gay thug.
"You look beautiful, (Y/N). Who cares about what people says?"
"Tasha does," I repiled, walking his way and downstairs. "Did you not hear what happened at the grocery store?"
"I know what happened." Mark said, following close behind me. "But forget that, that's in the past." I sighed even more.
"Hey. Look at me." I turned around and faced my boyfriend. Damn, he was so beautiful, it should be illegal to be that handsome,
"You should forget that. Things like that come and go, and now, it's time to be a woman." He smiled, making me smile too. "C'mon (Y/N)! You're a grown woman!" I chuckled.
"You doof. Let's go." I shoved him and we left, jumping into his car. We listened to 'Not Above Love' by AlunaGorge, plus Mark's terrible singing.
"I'm not above love, I just ran out of it!!" Mark sang loud and proud. "Sing with me (Y/N)!" I only laughed, hearing him contiune,
"I'm not above love, so it's not like I don't care~" Mark looked back at me for a quick second to see if I was singing. I wasn't, but I was humming.
"And I know you're thinking the worst of me~" I, finally gave in when he looked back at me once more, and sang the lyric with him.
"But I hope one day you'll see
I'm not above love, I just ran out of it!!" As the chorus rolled him, I kissed my teeth at Mark and he chuckled. The rest of the ride was us, singing bad at any songs that came up until we came up to the store."We're awful." I commented as we got out of the car.
"We're amazing!" Mark jumped up and laughed. I rolled my eyes at his childish behavior and entered the store, walking to the pharmacy place.
"Huh, that's what you call an attention seeker..." I heard those dreadful whispers come back to me and I tried to ignore them.
"Ew, is it even healthy to be than skinny?" I heard giggles come from the right side of me. I winced. I even told Mark it was a bad idea for me to leave the house. I didn't want a repeat of what happened a few days ago.
"Hope people like her die of lack of food." Some more laughs came for the left side of me. 'Why the hell did I even wake up? I should have just stayed in bed...'
"Ha, she's gonna get instant reget for looking so ugly like that." Another female voice walked by, which eventually grabbed the attention of Mark while we're were waiting in line. He kissed his teeth before turning around.
"Mark, please don't do anything." I said, slightly pulling on his arm. He only shook me off. 'Come on (Y/N), you're not gonna let him fight for you? Or are you just gonna stand there like the useless pice of hist you are?'
"Excuse me but-" I gulped before butting into Mark's sentence.
"But do I know you?" I came up and stood in front of him. He was about to say something, but I placed my finger on his lip. The girl and her friend snickered after shaking her head no.
"It's ok. I don't want to be friends with skanks." They said. I pinched the bridge of my nose and groaned. 'Come on, you already have the upper hand. Keep it going!'
"I'm no skank, thank you very much. And, if you don't know me or the shit I've been though, please don't comment." I said.
"But how about if I wanted to?" They stood up right in front of me. "You can't stop me, I have freedom of speech dumbass."
