I don't want your attention
Your pity or prevention
I do not need nor want your help
It'll only cause dissension
I do not want your hand claps
Snaps
Applause
And that
One person in the crowd who likes to shout
Having no real idea what I'm talking about
The pain I write between these lines never stays
They leak beyond their barriers all over different pages
Cover up my skin tears in dark paper mache
Hoping if you don't see them then they'll have to go away
But I'm still flawed and all
I'm appalled and in awe
Because my dirtiness didn't disqualify
My call
So I am not reproached and unreconcilable
I've got the blood of Christ speaking louder than the volume
Goals
That's a relationship post up on your Facebook page
A harlot and a king
Who sacrificed his life and debts He paid
What is a death
What grave?
My life just got remade

PoetryI love NoNameGypsy and Jackie Hill Perry. Poetic style with the slight peppering of innocence giving it that flavor I don't hear much. These poems are inspired by them. Love y'all.
