I woke up and looked around my white and black covered room. The light hit directly on my face as I sat up.
"Are they awake?"
"Not yet Tal."
'Oh damn... Tal is still here!?' I thought to myself and ran downstairs before hitting right into Tal's back. I gasped and stepped backwards before landing onto the stairs.
"And that's how you embarrass yourself the right way." I heard my mom's voice as she walked near the three of us. She was holding a bowl with pancake batter in it. I saw Tal look over at my mom and sigh of relief at the scent.
"Isn't she pretty Tal?" My dad asked as he nudged Tal teasingly. I could tell my dad and Tal grew a strong bond over the night. Tal just nodded and nudged my father back before looking at me.
"You're so quiet," My mom chuckled and looked at Tal. "We're going to learn more about you during brunch." She continued.
Did she have to say that? God that's embarrassing. Tal shrugged and helped me up before hinting to my bedroom. I could see the look on my dad's face, hoping Tal wouldn't try anything.
"Well the food will be ready soon so hurry it up kids." My father spoke in a serious tone. I finally got the hint that he wasn't playing any games since Tal was in the house. I nodded and started walking up the stairs which lead directly to my bedroom.
"Tal my dad doesn't want any playing around today," I explained and looked at Tal with puffy eyes. Tal nodded and moved his hands around my waist and hips. "Please..." I continued, basically begging.
"I won't do anything." Tal replied. I could tell he was offended by the way his tone of voice was. I whined as Tal continued touching me, pulling on my small shorts for a moment.
"I just don't want to disappoint my father, Tal." I looked into Tal's eyes with a pouted expression. He finally stopped and nodded. I felt bad but at the same time I didn't.
I stood on my toes before wrapping my arms around Tal's neck. I wanted him to feel better, especially since I told him to stop doing what he was doing. I automatically felt Tal's hands move under my shirt and grab my waist.
"Tal..."
"I won't do anything else." He replied as his hands moved higher, touching my chest. I nodded and closed my eyes, trying to ignore my emotions.
"Food is ready!" I heard my mom yell from downstairs. Just as things were getting good!? Tal took his hands away and lifted me up for a moment.
"We can leave the house after breakfast, I'm planning to meet up with my friends." I told Tal with a smile while I wrapped my legs around his waist.
"Dillon is coming?" Tal asked. He doesn't like Dillon either, I'm getting that vibe. I nodded and he sighed.
"Come on!" I heard my father's voice. That means trouble.
"We need to eat before we talk about what's going on." I told Tal as I unwrapped my legs. He nodded and put me down before opening the door.
Tal and I ran downstairs and into the kitchen. My mom and father automatically stopped talking and smiled at us. That's quite sketchy, I have to admit.
"Make yourself at home." My mom told Tal. I could tell by my father's face, he knew Tal wasn't leaving anytime soon.
"I will Mrs. Kye." Tal replied and sat down next to my chair. My mom gave a impressed look to me and pointed at Tal for a moment, hinting she liked him. I ignored her hint and sat down next to Tal. He moved his hand onto my thigh before I took it away.
"I wouldn't do anything touchy around my parents." I whispered in Tal's ear and he nodded and understood.
"So Tal, where are you from?" My mom asked before she began eating. I hope she won't be like Tatum and ask more questions even after Tal refuses to answer.
"I came from my house." Tal answered. The room got silent and both of my parents looked at me, not impressed. I gave an awkward laugh and shrugged the comment off.
"Well..." My mom began to speak before turning to me. "How was school yesterday?" She asked and smiled. She looked a little offended by what Tal had said, but knowing my mother, she will shrug off anything and keep her thoughts to herself, unlike my father.
"It was good! Tal and I had a good time." I lied. I didn't want my parents to know I had ditched school to hang out with my sorta boyfriend. Tal stayed quiet and enjoyed the meal my mother had cooked for us four.
My mom nodded and smiled more happily. She is one of those people that will become happy by just the thought of happiness in the room. She was also a very bright person and usually always dressed in yellow and light coloured pants. Her hair was long and brown and had no layers added to it. She loved flower crowns with a passion and she cut and styled hair for a living. You could just imagine her patients and how much they talked to my mother.
My father was very tall and talkative. He always had an eye smile and was open to any advantage he could get. He was a risk taker! His quote was always 'YOLO' when he tried something he had never done before. My father is a casual business man and he was usually always in an office. He almost gets fired because he sleeps sometimes during work hours, but that's only because he is up until midnight either on the porch (whenever I'm not home) or he's laying on the roof of our house looking at the stars.
"Tal do you need a new home?" My mom quickly asked. My father looked over at her with a mad expression. He definitely didn't want Tal in our house for more than a night.
Tal looked up at my mom after he bit into the food on his fork. He looked over at me, as my parents looked at me as well.
"Why are you guys looking at me? You asked Tal not me." I spoke with a panicked tone.
"Would you like Tal to live with us?" My mom then asked me. My entire face flushed in a warm red colour.
"That's his choice, not mine!" I replied and looked at Tal, waiting for his answer. Tal swallowed his food while he grew uncomfortable.
"I would like a new home but I don't nee-"
"Perfect! You can stay here!" My mom interrupted Tal and smiled brightly.
Great! I have my sorta boyfriend living in my house while I barely even have a room to myself anyways. My cousin comes and stays in my room every weekend and steals everything I have. Now on top of that, Tal is staying with us and I'm sure he would want to sleep with me in my room.
