"Hi Mrs. Takamiya, may I speak to Naho please?"

It was eight o'clock at night, I couldn't stop thinking about Naho after Kakeru gave me those flowers. I knew she was in love with Kakeru,and everyone supports them. It's written in their letters, even if I lose them all as my friends it will be worth it. I really do like Kakeru and it's in order to save my brother.

"Hi [Name].."

Naho stood in her pjs leaning on the door frame with her arms crossed. I cleared my throat before speaking. "I haven't been completely honest with you Naho. My letter says a lot more than I led you to believe.."

She looked around before closing the door and standing in front of me. I sighed and wiped my hands on my pants. "Do you remember when I told you your letter was wrong?" She nodded, me letting out a breath. "Right well I'm not lying, when they saved Kakeru-"

"Kakeru was saved?" She asked as I nodded, taking out my letter from my back pocket.

"Yeah, when you married him Suwa died." I showed her the letter where future me explains it.

"Wait why did Suwa die?" She asked me as I shook my head.

"I can't tell you. The point is your letter is from the timeline before mine. In order for Suwa to live-"

"He has to be with you." She finished. I nodded, apologizing for lying to her. She accepted my apology, speaking slowly. "I-I love Kakeru.. I want to be on your side so I will try to support you.."

I thanked her and gave her a hug, saying goodbye before going back home.

Days later, we were walking to morning practice when Suwa asked me about my letter.

"Hey." He munched, chewing on his bagel. "Do you have anything specific for the 23rd?" He asked, making me shrug.

"Let me look." He nodded we stopped so I can look through my bag. I pulled out the notes as I checked for the 23rd. I shook my head as I couldn't find a note for that day. "There's nothing for that whole week."

He hums, scratching his head. "Mine says he attempted suicide that day."

"He won't." He notices my serious look, giving a thin smile.

"If he does.. I'll take care of it."

Putting the notes away I told him we could do it together. After all it's not only him that's in this alone. We have each other to depend on. I didn't believe he would but Suwa didn't want to take any chances.

On September 18th Kakeru had cleaning duty in the science lab. He was staring out the window, all of us outside the door. All of us had Rock Paper Scissored to see who would go in first. Azusa and Takako lost first, sadly it was me next, and Naho had surprisingly won. Kakeru made a blowing noise, somewhat like the wind.

"What was that noise?" Naho asked, standing at the door. She looked over at me who gave her a smile before walking in.

They began talking, him hoping he could've been like Superman to save his mom. I wanted to walk in there, I told him my own story and I used to be in his position.

"Oh yeah this Saturday I'm meeting some friends from Tokyo. They're all guys though."

Remember the letter Suwa had I strived to walk in before Suwa grabbed me. I fussed in his arms which were wrapped around my torso, I sighed before Suwa put me down. He grabbed the garbage can and walked in himself. I sunk to the floor and silently listened to the conversation. I've done all I can that night I told him my story. I understand it's going to take a long time to heal from this, I don't expect for it to happen in a day.

"Wait how do you know about mom? Did Naho tell you or was it [Name]?" Kakeru asked an eyebrow raised.

I listened carefully, he found out a way to avoid the question. Kakeru began crying soon after, telling them he thinks about dying. I could only listen to his sniffles, I could risk them seeing me. Azusa and Takako looked so calm, they were stunned but stayed still.

" I... I love you..."

I stood, looking slightly and seeing Naho speak. "So whatever you.. Please don't go away!"

Shaking my head I turned away. I walked off, heading out the building before going home. I don't blame her for being unable to contain her feelings, I just didn't think she'd confess. Especially the morning after we talked about our notes.

The next day I was watching Suwa's soccer game, Kakeru was actually amazing. The way he weaved past the players, the way he smiles after a goal, when he glances at me in the middle of a game. I was watching the game intently, yet in a blink of an eye he fell to the floor. Suwa is the first one to run beside him, asking him to wake up. I called for the nurse, as the gang stays with him until he wakes up.

When Kakeru finally woke up I had been sitting in a chair beside Suwa who had been standing.

Azusa was the first one to talk, in a loud voice she spoke. "We were so scared! You passed out out of nowhere!"

He winced, he had just woken up to hear her loud voice. "I'm sorry guys.." He gave a weak smile as I stood from my chair, stretching.

Hagita asked about his well being as only spoke about him getting dizzy. Suwa asked about his eating habits as he only smirked and glanced at me for a moment. "Yeah as much as you."

Azusa smiled and laughed slightly, Takako telling him how he had to be careful. The blonde who stood beside Naho wrapped an arm around her as she winked at Kakeru.

"Yeah you don't want to worry your girlfriend do you?"

My breath hitched, Kakeru having a serious look.

"What do you mean girlfriend?"

Afraid of what she would say I turned to Suwa. He had already been looking at me, me telling him I'd be waiting outside. Kakeru saw my discomfort, yet Azusa and the others hadn't noticed.

She only laughed, "I mean Naho silly."

I stood outside of the burgundy curtain, wanting to hear what Kakeru had to say about it.

"She's not my girlfriend." I heard shifting, I could only imagine the look on Naho's face. "She's not my girlfriend. We haven't said anything about it have we?"

Azusa sucked her teeth. "What are you talking about?" She started to speak lower, yet the room had been quiet except for us. "If you love each other you date duh."

"I don't know I just don't think it's that simple."

I was uncertain about where he was going with this, I can't tell if he has feelings for Naho or not.

Hagita, who had been confused decided to chip in. "Um who loves who?"

I left after that, I couldn't tell where this was going and being annoyed wasn't going to help me find the answer.

After all Suwa would tell me if he loves her.

After walking into the hall I saw an old lady walk with the nurse. She stopped in front of me and asked if she knew her grandson Kakeru, when I told her I knew him she asked about his well being. The nurse had left us talking, probably telling Kakeru his grandmother was here.

"He's all right, he woke up about ten minutes ago." She nodded and asked for my name, when I told her she instantly smiled,

"Kakeru talks about you often. He seems to like you very much."

She smiled as I thanked her and told her I had to leave.

"It was very nice meeting you [Name], I hope to see you again."
