41: Little Things

"What do you do for hobbies?" Mingyu asked, changing the subject. Sana chuckled and answered, "I don't do anything else besides watching Stranger Things and Riverdale. You?"

"Football"

"American or European football?"

"European of course. I don't like the American one. A bit too harsh for me"

They both laughed at his own words, coming from a huge guy. "You're pretty fit for that though. So you're in a football team back there?"

"Yep, competing with other colleges every season. We won the game last time, ranking us up to the sixth place"

"Seems like a good game huh?"

"Pretty much. You should watch one, it's pretty fun, especially that the school mascot will surprise the hell out of everyone."

"Maybe I should"

Mingyu's phone was ringing and ge asked permission if he could answer it and she allowed him.

"Who was that?" She asked after Mingyu ended the call.

"The guys called to ask me to buy chocolates at Sentosa. It's hella expensive, but yeah, I'm still buying"

"Oh hahaha, well, you can't go home without carrying anything new after a travel"

This time, Sana's alarm went on, reminding her that she still needs to go buy containers for the gifts and souvenirs. "Damn, I still gotta go shopping"

"For what?"

"I bought a lot of gifts and souvenirs to bring home and I gotta fix them soon"

"Oh I see. Want me to accompany you? Maybe I can help"

"Umm... Sure, let's go?" She asked and Mingyu nodded. They got inside Sana's car and Sana drove to the mall.

"What kind of containers will you be needing?" He asked while looking around the shops. "Gift bags mostly. The food for the pimps can stay in the grocery bag."

"You seriously bought food for the officers?"

"Well yeah, we'd spend quite a lot on food just for watching a movie so why no bring back to carts of food that'll most likely last less than a week because of Momo"

He laughed at Sana's ridiculousness and Sana pouted at him, "Hey sorry. Come on. Here, let's go to this shop" Mingyu said and held Sana's hand as he dragged her inside a gift shop, which surely has gift bags they could buy. Sana laughed at him this time, acting like a kid dragging his mom to a toy store.

"Which one?"

"It doesn't really matter. I'll just buy nice looking ones, they'll be fine with it" said Sana and carelessly pulled out the gift bags from their shelves and went to the counter. "You should at least buy the officers some actual souvenirs" Mingyu suggested.

"Seriously? Jihyo, Chaeng and Dahyun are the only ones who'll actually like actual souvenirs from here... So I guess" she replied and paid for the items. Mingyu took the gift bags and they headed outside the shop. "What do I buy for them though?"

"What they like? Or something that they'd probably need"

"good idea" she replied with a grin. They first went to the local supplies store and bought art materials and to a bookstore to buy a set of comic books and mangas. "This is already a lot" Mingyu said, looking at the items that he's carrying, "What else do we need to buy?"

"Last stop, a toy store" she giggled and went inside the toy store. Mingyu left the bags at the package counter and followed Sana inside. Even if they were almost full grown adults, they were still childish. Sana ended up roaming around the toy store along with Mingyu who was laughing at her.
