71: The Night

It was a very festive day. Families were lined up at restaurants and groceries to buy the food that they'll be preparing for the coming new year.

As for the girls... They left that task to Sana's parents and staffs. Tzuyu and Momo came out of the kitchen, holding a tray of hot cocoa for everyone and then served it.

"Haven't you eaten raw meat yet?" Sana asked worriedly at Tzuyu, who seemed to lack the stamina for the past two days. The latter shook her head and sipped on her drink.

"If she will eat, then better go hunt down some deer out there yourself. Pretty weird if you bring a whole dead person here" said Jeongyeon while chewing on her hotdog with Mayonnaise.

Tzuyu was practically craving for meat no matter how much she tries to deny that she's fine. Her stomach must've adapted to her daily consumption of human flesh. Sana then spoke, "I'll ask dad to bring five kilos of lamb meat for you okay? I know your favorite is lamb so you can't say no to that"

She began texting her dad and he gladly replied with a yes. Tzuyu just nodded along with Sana, not wanting to argue with her about bring five kilos of lamb just for her.

Momo's phone then received a text message. When she had read it, she texted Tzuyu about it.

"I'll be out for a bit Sana, I'll just walk to get some fresh air" said Tzuyu as she got up from the couch. Sana wanted to come as well but Tzuyu insisted for her to stay, especially that a coat and sweater won't keep her warm for too long.

Later on, Momo excused herself from her friends and Mina, "I left my charger at our room. I'll get it for a while. You need anything?"

Mina shook her head and so Momo left.

While the two girls were gone, the meat that Sana had requested from her dad came. "Thanks" she said to the staff and gladly took the meat though it was as heavy as their luggage. Five kilos? More like a whole damn lamb.

"Where's Momo and Tzuyu? They've been out for the past 10 minutes," Jihyo asked in worry. Sana decided to call Tzuyu but something began to vibrate beside her and then she realized that Tzuyu had left her phone with them.

"Try calling Momo, maybe she's with Tzuyu" Sana told Mina and the latter did so.

"Hello?" Said Momo after she picked up the call after a few rings.

"Where are you? Have you seen Tzuyu?" Mina replied.

"I'm taking a dump right now. Tzuyu passed by our room a few minutes ago to borrow some wipes"

"Oh okay, um... Be back soon" Mina said and hung up the call.

Somi then asked,"Does Momo unnie really take that long at the toilet?"

"Depends on what she ate. She must've misplaced her charger again so maybe that's why she's taking so long too"

After a while, Momo came back first with her charger in her hand and then plugged it near the television before taking a seat beside Mina.

Then came along Tzuyu. "That was a long walk. What'd you do with the wipes?" Sana said while moving a bit to allow some space for Tzuyu to sit on.

"I kind of bumped into a kid that was carrying iced tea and I had to wipe the drink off my boots" her girlfriend replied.

Sana nodded and then she remembered that the meat for Tzuyu had already arrived. "Do you want to eat your food? It's just there on the kitchen counter"

"Er..." Tzuyu paused, looking at everyone, "I guess while waiting for your food."

She stood up from the couch and Sana followed her to the kitchen to fix her meal. When they had opened the plastic, the fresh raw odor of the lamb popped out.
