50: Why

"YOU'RE SO STUPIDDDD" Jeongyeon yelled at Momo while trying to figure out how to set up the new gaming desktop at her apartment. The group of friends decided to stay at Jeongyeon's place since it was more homey and nice and there aren't any parents that would scold them for being noisy, and neighbors too since the apartment is soundproof.

"Jeez, all they have to do is screw the VHS cable to the monitor to make it start" Chaeyoung rolled her eyes and so did the others. Somi finally stood up and decided to help the two grandmas with this mind-blowing technology.

"There," said Somi and sat down after turning on the computer and the two idiots kept quiet. "Can you also change the graphics card for me?" Jeongyeon asked while holding the unopened box and Somi right away rejected it and told her to figure it out herself.

"Don't you have classes today?" Asked Jihyo to Sana who was slouching on the couch, busy watching the television. She shook her head continued to watch.

"Come on, let's go buy some food downstairs," said Nayeon, picking up her wallet from the table and Chaeyoung and Momo following her outside, "So you're not gonna bring your wallet?" Momo raised her eyebrows and replied, "Why? Isn't it your treat?"

"I'm only treating Chaeng and the others except for you, Jeongyeon and JIhyo. You grown-ups have your money don't you?" answered Nayeon. The mentioned adults groaned and gave Nayeon their money for their food and the three girls headed out. 

 Mina decided to sit closer to Sana and talk to her, knowing that she has something in her mind. 

"Mind telling me what's bothering you?" she asked Sana and the latter girl just looked at her, "Come on Sana, I know you have a problem"

"I want to cuddle with Tzuyu, I want to feel her kisses again." she replied with her hoarse voice and slouched even further. Mina felt really sad for Sana, and for herself. She really missed dating Sana but she knew that she had someone else that she loves, and that was her best friend Tzuyu. 

While Mina was drowning in her thoughts and feelings, Sana lifted her body up and placed her body on Mina, cuddling her as she dug her face into her neck. Mina was surprised and had seconds thoughts if she should hug her back or not but she was desperate to do so.

If Sana needs and wants this. I have to give it to her. This is for Tzuyu.

She later wrapped her arms around Sana and leaned her head back against the girl, who closed her eyes and went to sleep, hoping that all her problems would lessen day by day.

"She was seen at this place in Gangnam with another girl, could possibly an associate of hers," said Jason. Everyone was paying full attention to the meeting, finding out that it was much more dangerous than they thought.

"Wait, hold up,"Jeongyeon interrupted, still confused, "What did you say was their plan?"

"we just went past that a few minutes ago," said one of the members. "That's fine, they're plan is to secretly dominate the country and feed on humans for the next centuries" answered Jason.

"And why?"

"The answer is still unclear but based on some historical research and observations, they may be just wanting to return the favor for their ancestors. They were wiped out back in Romania, Turkey, the western part of China and such because of the Trojan war back on the age of creation...

The Trojan war affected these countries because of some outcast gods from the underworld were scavenging to other places to hide in order to survive. They later on "evolved"  into vampires since there were no other sources of food except for the wandering humans, most precisely the slaves or criminals thrown away from the area at Olympus. 

Centuries later, their figures became similar to how the people were made, in order to feed much easier and faster. When the developed government found out about these blood sucking creatures, they burned the nesting area or the towns where they all would live.

The most accurate reason we could come up why they would do that was that the vampires were the ones who established the modes of transportation, agriculture, and some scientific discoveries. They'd just want to show them who were the real powerful ones"

Jeongyeon couldn't fully comprehend the English he was saying but she did get the idea of what he was saying, "Vampires are gods then?"

"Not sure but for now, yes they are"

"This is some historical bullshit," said Nayeon who was already frustrated with connecting all the possible ideas, "At least the history tests about the Greek Mythology we studied before has its purpose now"

"What now?" asked Sana who seemed to be not in the mood to know much more about it. Tzuyu told her that she still loves her no matter what happens. But doubts came in and out of her head. 

"We'll just have to sneak in that place and see what we can find"

"Alright"

"We'll do this after your night class tomorrow Sana so get some rest" he said bluntly to Sana but she didn't have to say no since she can just sleep the whole day. "That's settled then" she replied and they were dismissed. Jeongyeon as usual, drove them back to their homes and Sana went to sleep to get ready the next day. 

Time passed by too quickly and it was no ordinary life for her. Dating a bloodsucker and end up getting entangled in this deadly situation. Maybe it was all meant to be for her she thought.
