42: Back Home

"Hurry up mom, we'll be late" Sana scolded her mom who was still fixing herself up in the bathroom. She rushed downstairs with all her huge luggages and plastic bags filled with gifts which are mostly food. "Bring this inside the car" her father commanded the other staffs who were helping them carry their things to the van.

It was time for them to go back home at last. After half an hour of packing and her mother finishing up, they went to the airport to depart. "How long did they say that my car will get there?" Sana asked her father who was busy on his phone. "About two to three months max. You'll still have to let the government license it before it goes to the house" he replied and Sana nodded.

Her mother stood up and asked, "I'll buy some food since it'll take longer than expected. Do you want anything?"

"Pasta" Sana replied bluntly and her mother nodded. "Just an americano hon, " her husband replied and she left. The two waited in their seats quietly and Sana received a text message.

Yo, you departing already???

Yep. Hby? When r u gonna leave btw

A week after new year. Gonna be a while :/

"Sana, let's get inside the room" her father interrupted, and Sana turned off her phone. They went inside the gate's room to wait for the plane to finish refueling before they leave, and her mother caught up with them. "Here's your food honey" she said and handed the pasta to Sana and gave the americano to her husband.

The speaker announced that the passengers can now board the plane and they lined up at the security to enter.
"Business class?" The attendant asked and the family showed their ticket, and then she allowed them to take their seats. "How long is the flight?" Her mother asked. "Six hours" mr. Minatozaki answered.

Sana sat alone with a stranger two seats apart from her parents. She plugged in her earphones and listened to the music the whole flight.

"I'm hungry ugh" Momo complained. Jihyo and Momo waited at the airport for Sana to arrive. They planned that they'll go out right away as soon as she arrives with her parents. "Go buy some food. I think it'll take a bit longer than expected." Jihyo said and Momo nodded as she left. The girl patiently waited in front of the gate for Sana and the big board announced that the flight from Singapore was landing in a few minutes.
So she stood up from her seat and waited in front. Momo then arrived carrying two packs of churros and handed Jihyo the other one. "You seriously didn't buy one for Sana?" She asked and the latter girl ignored. The gate then opened and passengers started walking out of the gate.

"Where the hell is she?" Momo cursed impatiently while searching fo Sana. Later, Sana got out first with her huge pink luggage and was greeted with smiles on Jihyo and Momo's faces. "Sana!" Jihyo called her and hugged Sana tightly. Her parents then followed and the two bowed at them.

"Haven't seen these young faces for quite some time. Will you be leaving now?" Her father askef and Sana nodded. "Okay honey, let's go to the van first so that we can leave your luggage on your room when we get home"

They followed outside and there was a white van. Men in black uniforms came out of the van and carried the properties of the family. "You can go ahead, stay safe and enjoy" her mother said and kissed Sana on the forehead before she left.

There was already a car waiting for them, and it was hella expensive looking. A blonde tall person came out of the car and waved at them, "who is tha... Is that jeongyeon?" Sana asked and Jihyo nodded.
