Chapter Twenty Three

Gabby's POV
It felt like I was having deja vu all over again except I'm the one going away for a while. Katherine drove us to the airport just like how she did with the Jacks. We go through security.

"Okay Gabbernator don't do anything that I try to do and that's a lot." Johnson said as he hugs me goodbye.

"Johnson you're barely bad." I say laughing and the tip of his ears turn pink.

G comes up to me and hugs me. "Be careful Gabby. I called the guys and told them that you're going over there so they should pick you up." He hugs me once more and secretly plants a kiss on my neck.

"Now boarding flight 385 Los Angeles, California. Now boarding flight 385 Los Angeles, California."

I grab my luggage and I see Johnson and Gilinsky tearing up.

"I'll be fine. Don't worry." I kiss both of their cheeks and I take a deep breath. It's only for two weeks I'll be fine. I look back at my boys and I see Jack whispering something.

After arriving at the airport in Los Angeles, I grab my luggage and try to find Matthew. Yes I am staying at Matthew's instead of Ariel's. I love Ariel don't get me wrong it's just Ariel and Cameron are living together and I don't want to get in the middle of lovey dovey stuff.

I spot a Justin Bieber looking guy and it's JUSTIN BIBER!

Just kidding its Matthew holding a sign saying I'm not Matthew Espinosa and I'm certainly not here for Gabby Shepherd.

I laugh and run over to Matthew. He almost falls when he catches me.

"Aye it's the Gabsters Gabbernator! The big green mean machine! The girl who almost pissed her pants! It's Gabby Shepherd!" I punch his arm and he fakes pain. "Ouch that definitely hurt." He says sarcastically and I glare at him. He grabs my suitcase and leads me to his car.

"So who do you want to see first?" He sad referring to the guys.

"Taylor because I need me some quality Caniff time." I say seriously and then when I couldn't be serious for anytime longer I bust out laughing. He was laughing with me. He puts my luggage in the car and we get in. We turn on the radio and Shawn's song 'Life of the Party' is on. Then came the interview that Shawn has always managed to have.

"Hey guys it's Nicole with Shawn Mendes!"

"Hey guys I'm here today to do another interview because y'all are so interested about my life."

"Well Shawn you are sixteen going on to seventeen with an amazing career. That doesn't happen often."

"Well my success doesn't determine the man I am but let's go ahead an talk."

Shit Shawn's not happy. He actually sounds pissed.

"So Shawn I heard you're coming out with a new song."

"Yeah I am. What about it?"

"Why don't you explain it?"

"Sure. It's called stitches and it's about a guy going through heartache because he and the love of his life broke up probably not a clean break up. He trying to persevere but it hurt so much. When stitches comes out you guys can see what you want it to mean."

"So who is the song about?"

"The girl who was with me since the beginning of my career. Ariel Dane."

"So do you want her back?"

"Sometimes I think to myself what could've happened if we stayed together but it foesnt matter because she has gotten over me really quick. She's dating Cameron Dallas again. Haven't you read TigerBeat?"
