Lurick's P.O.V
I sat with my back turned in the soft cushion of my office chair.My face covered with disgust as her filthy sent fill the huge office in a matter of seconds."You wanted to see me."She spoke after a few minutes. "No I don't but since I have no choice in the matter let's get this over with."I spit back."So I'm supposed to talk to a chair the whole time, how exciting " She spits back sarcasm dripping from her lips.
"You will watch your tone when you speak to me!"I bark.
"Bitch, fuck you and your orders."She spits back.Thats was it, she is exactly what I thought an untrained, uneducated, classless rouge.Just like the rest and to think I thought she might be a little different.
"You just signed your death wish love."I mumble with a smirk on my face.I turn around and whisper the words"Caer Mu-"But stop as my eyes connect with hers.
Essence P.O.V
As soon as his eyes met mine I felt a pull to him instantly " You have got to me FUCKING shittng me I."I whisper.I turn and run to the the door but before I can make it, I was being pulled to the ground by my hair.He forced his way on top on me, grabbing my throat.Stoping all air to my lungs.
"Get the fuck off me."I struggle to say he doesn't move his grip tighting,but I show no signs of pain.I keep my face blank.He growls picking my up by my throat and slams my to the cold wall, The pull I felt for him disappearing. "There is no way the moon goddess would mate me to a whore like you."He growled into my face.When I didn't reply.He pulled a blade out of his suit pocket and began digging the knife into my shoulder.My wolf rose in anger.He leaned into me murder in his eyes."Time to die Caer Muer-"His words got cut short as my forehead made direct contact with his nose.I dug my nails into his hand forcing him to loosen his grip around my throat. I grab the blade from him before I kick him in his stomach, knocking the wind out of him.
He stumbles back in shock.He wipes the blood slowly dripping from his nose.His growl send vibration threw the office.I don't really feel the slap I hear it.I slowly bring my head back to glare at him.I taste the blood in my mouth and smile."You hit like a bitch."I say with a smirk.He charges at me but before he can take another step I launch the blade, hitting him in the stomach.He screams his howl echoing through out the palace.
I run to the door and bolt my wolf leading the way."CAER MUERTO!" As soon as the words escape his lips I fall to the ground, paralyzed by the sudden pain. "Sleep" Ryder commands I close my eyes as a tear falls.
