My eyes snap open as an loud ear bleeding scream echos through the castle.I jump out of bed and run towards the commotion.I step in to the guest room to see a scared Eve ,and a very angry and confused Jace.Before a frantic Lurick rushed into the room along with Nessa and few other people.
"What happened?"Me and Lurick say in unison.Eve begins to shake and cry running in to Luricks arms.
"H-he t-t-tied to r-ra-rape me."Eve says through tears pointing at Jace.
And in one second all hell breaks loose.Lurick lunges at Jace tackling him to the ground and Eve begins to scream again as the boys wrestle the floor.I jump into the fight just as Lurick fist swings for Jace's face,only to find mine instead.A loud crack echoes throughout the room.I feel a sharp pain in my jaw from the blow but ignore it.
"That's what you get bitch."Eve says laughing on the other side of the room.
"You will not touch him again."I say looking into Luricks dark eyes.
"You choose him over me."He ask hurt in his voice.
"You are not mine to choose ."I say rubbing my now swollen jaw.Lurick eyes turn turn from black to gold.He snaps losing control of his wolf.He grabs Jace by the throat,slamming him into the wall.
"She is mine,do you understand me MINE!"He growls in Jaces face.He has completely lost it.I jump on his back.I try pulling him away from Jace,but He was too strong .Then I feel sharp pains in my back.Eve is digging her sharp manicured nails into my skin.I let go of Lurick a deep growl rumbles from my chest.I turn to face Eve.I drag my claws across her face leaving huge gashes on her left eye and cheek.She screams holding her bleeding face.
"SHE'S LYING."Someone yells pulling us all out of our moment of rage.I turn to see Nessa fear in her face.I get off of Eve as she coughs and wheezes trying to catch her breath.
"What did you say."I ask.
"Uh I -I said she's lying."Nessa says so low I can barely hear.
"How do you know."Lurick barks at her.
"Ask her what happened and listen to her heart "She says looking down at Eve,who was trying to stand.Everyone in the room turns there attention to Eve as she glared at Nessa.
"So what happened."I ask menacingly
"And start from the beginning."Lurick states in the same tone as mine.Eve stands.
"Well,I uh woke up and went down stairs."She begins speaking as I listen to her regular heart beat.
"And when I came back up I must have mistaken my room for his"Her heart rate picks up.
"When I came in I realize that it wasn't my room and I tried to leave but he would let me."He heart was going insane.
"And then he tried to touch me down there so I screamed for help."I was pretty sure her heart was about to burst out of her cheast from all the lies she just told.
"BULLSHIT!"Jace yells outraged on the other side of the room.
"Why would I lie about something like that!"Eve yells angry tears in her eyes.
"Cause you're a lying sack of shit."I say in duh tone.
"He's and unmated wolf and a filthy rouge,Lurick you have to believe me."She says her voice cracking.This bitch deserve a Oscar.
"You see that's where your wrong I have a mate."Jace growls at Eve.Eve turns glaring at me and then at Nessa before storming out of the room along with everyone else leaving only Nessa behind.
"What are you going to do a her."I ask Lurick through gritted teeth.
"I don't know."He says shrugging his shoulders.
"You don't know,What if you would have attack Jace and killed him.That would start a war and last time I check that's something you can't afford so I suggest you do something or I will.And it won't be pretty."I spit.
"Get out."I say suddenly exhausted.He quickly leaves.I turn to Nessa and mouth a "Thank you."she nods and leaves.
"I'm so sorry Jace."I whisper,crawling into bed with him.
"I've only been here for 8 hours and already I can't wait to get the fuck up outta this shit hole."He mutters pulling the blanket over us.I laugh and turn of the lamp next to the bed.
"But what was with the "she's mine"shit."He ask.
Damn think."He's an alpha Have you know how possessive they are."I lie quickly.
"Well that dude is a fucking psycho."He says falling asleep.Guilt slowly washes over me.Jace is my best friend and I was hiding something this big from him.He was pissed that I didn't tell him about my crowning.I could only imagine the betrayal he would feel if I didn't tell him I found my mate.
Hello,it has come to my attention that my story is "cliche" and I'm sorry that some people feel that way I'll try to switch it up ok.
BUT I have also learned from a private source that my story is being copied.The funny thing is the person who doing it was one of the people that said my writing sucks.Obviously it doesn't since you feel the need to steal my work.and you know who you are.You lucky I'm a nice person other wise I'd would hunt you down like the beast you look like.This is really upsetting.I try my best to keep my readers interested with every update.Spending hours on a single chapter. only for it to be stolen.
