I woke up this morning with a major  attitude.Everything was pissing me off and the only person I could tolerate was Jace.After all that stuff went down last night I didn't wanna see any one especially Lurick.Jace saw how upset I was so we decide to take a walk through the woods.

So now here I am in the dark ass woods with my Jordans on,stumping in piles of what I hope is mud.I know I'm a wolf and all but there just some shit I won't do.

"Fucking shit!"I yell as my jeans get soaked by water.

"Hey calm down you can change later I brought a load of your clothes."Jace says.

"It's not that."I mumble

"Is this about last night?"He ask.

"Nope."I say coldly

"Then what is it,cause you've been mad since this morning and I have no clue what it is."He says raising his voice with every word.

I stop walking "Look,I'm sorry I know I'm being a bitch to you right now but I got a lot of shit on my mind."I whisper

"Yeah I know you got shit on your mind, forehead so big I can see your thoughts."He teases,lifting my mood.

"Do you want to go for a run?"He says excited.

"Uh,naw you go on ahead.I'll sit here and wait for you to come back."I say sitting on a soft patch of grass.

"Pussy."Jace mumbles as He goes behind a bush to shift.When he returns,he runs for the lake.He drenches himself turning his light brown fur into a dirty mud brown.I watch him for 15 minutes,laughing at how weird he is.

"Psst."A sound comes from behind me.I turn to see Nessa waving me over.I  quickly make my way over to her,not wanting Jace to notice I left.

"What's up?"I ask.

"The king says he needs to see you."She whispers.

"I can't just leave Jace out here."I say angry.What does he expect me to come running  at the drop of a dime.

"I have told the guards of his presence,they have been told to leave him be."She whispers back quickly.I turn to look at Jace one last time before I nod and follow Nessa.After walking for what felt like eternity we stop at a small wooden door.Nessa motions for me to enter.

I step into the room  the darkly lit room.The only source of light a single candle.This is so creepy.I think.When suddenly a flash of fire burst , lighting the  hundreds of candles around the small room.From the shadows two people step forward.

"I told you not to do that."The girl says slapping the boy on the shoulder.She was pretty she had a round face and chubby read cheeks that just made you wanna pinch them.She gracefully walks to me.

"Sorry about the honey,he can be a bit of a dick sometimes."She says sweetly.I barely hold back the laugh the threatens to escape.And just nod.

"Forgive me where are my manners I'm Rusha."She says shaking my hand."And the rude man over there is Marcus.You are Essence I assume."I nod not wanting to speak.Wow this was Rusha.I never thought she'd be so nice.She has created some of the most power spells in the world,and killed many people.But to me it looks like she couldn't harm a fly.

"Looks can be deceiving."Marcus speaks from the coner of the room his face covered by the hood of his jacket.Wait did the son of a bitch just read my thoughts.Rude.
