I'm really proud of this chapter so I hope you guys enjoy!! :)

I let out a sigh, praying that Sam wouldn't ask more questions. Thankfully he just stayed silent and followed me.

I looked around for the end of the line for the Ferris wheel but the only thing that caught my eye was this large, old shed about 50 metres away from the entire fair. There were other buildings around it, but for some reason it caught my eye.

I felt something wash over me and it almost felt like déjà vu, but I shook my head and decided to not look at the creepy thing and look for the lineup.

We got into line for the Ferris wheel and had to wait for what felt like forever. Conversation wasn't peaking for I felt it was better to not talk at all. I thought long and hard about Maddy almost spilling me and Ashton's engagement news.

But what really got me thinking was how did she even know? I haven't told anyone about Ashton's proposal. I know Ashton might have told someone, but out of everyone not Maddy.

Ashton only has a few close friends and his parents which I assume he would only tell some of them. The thought of more people than just Maddy knowing about this is starting to frighten me. Before I know it Sam is going to know and I absolutely can not let him find out before I tell him.

I need to keep this as lowkey as possible, as difficult as it may seem.

Sam suddenly let's go of my hand to step up into the Ferris wheel box. I blinked, realizing we were at the front of the line. Quickly I followed and sat across from him as the carney shut the door.

The Ferris wheel started to move and we suddenly went from being a foot off the ground to being a story high.

As it was getting higher I looked across the fair grounds gazing at all of the lights glowing and changing colour.

"Don't get a view like this often, huh?" I said to Sam. He hummed and I glanced over at him. He was observing me and I could tell he wasn't thinking about how nice the lights look. I suddenly for the first time felt. in front of him.

"What?" I blurted out, feeling my blood turning cold. "Why are you acting so strange?"

"Me? Acting strange? Don't take it personally Blair, but you're the one that's been acting strange."

"To what degree?" I started to shift around in my spot, but automatically stopped.

"When I try to kiss you, you get all squirmy and jumpy. You've been blacking out in the middle of the day and now you're avoiding certain conversation."

He could tell I was going to panic because his expression suddenly turned soft and he reached out to hold my hands.

"I just want to work things out. Can you please explain to me what's going on?"

His expression was genuine as a soft smile spread on his face and he lightly squeezed my hand. I took a deep breath. Our box kept getting higher and higher in the air.

"I will tell you what's going on.." I paused. "Only if you explain something to me."

He raised an eyebrow.

"Which is?"

"Do you remember that night I came home and found you and Dean looking absolutely horrible? You both looked like you had gotten in a fight and you wouldn't tell me what happened. It really scared me, Sam."

"I'm sorry," He said softly.

"I want you to tell me what happened that night."
