chapter twenty five

this is sort of a filler, but also an announcement. i may have to change some of the stories theme because i'm sure Magcon is at it's end - All of the boys are against Bart so it's only a matter of time before they all leave. And well, Tatiana goes wherever Taylor does (;

"Tatiana!"

I looked up to see Nash running my way through the lobby.

"Nash!" I yelled back, dropping my bags and running to meet him halfway.

"I haven't seen you in so long!"

He wrapped his arms around my waist and practically threw me over his shoulder.

"Nash it's only been 2 months,"

He nodded and raised an eyebrow.

"Oh my god Nash it's been two months," I said quickly, hugging him again.

"Tatiana Durocher!"

I looked over Nash's shoulder and saw Cameron coming towards us as well.

"Oh my god can I take a picture?!" A girl asked from behind us. Cameron had just appeared beside us as well.

"Uh, sure," Cameron replied.

"Here." She handed me her phone and I laughed.

"Um, don't you want me in it too?" I asked, but she shook her head before I even finished speaking.

"Alrighty," I snapped her picture and acted like I was taking another one as I switched it to front camera and took a selfie.

"Thanks,"

She walked off and the 3 of us all went upstairs.

"So where's Taylor?" Nash asked, pressing the '6' button.

"He's in Tennessee.. I think,"

The elevator dinged and the doors slid open and we walked out of the elevator.

"You think?"

I shrugged, opening my door and standing in the doorway.

"I don't think I'm supposed to know Taylor's exact location 24/7," I laughed.

I had decided to come to New York and do an event with the other members of the 26mgmt team, my best friends. It's been way too long since I've been around them.

"Tatiana," Nash stopped me from closing the door. I looked up and he stepped into the doorway, pushing the door open a little further.

"I,"

He took a deep breath, shutting his eyes and then opening them again.

"Still really care about you,"

"Nash you know I'm with Taylor.." I murmured, regret washing over me while I remembered what Sam and I had done.

"He isn't here,"

"That doesn't mean I can just do what I want, I can't do that to him because I know he wouldn't do it to me!" I argued.

"He's done it more times than you think," Nash replied in a sing song tune, trying to convince me.

"I can't," I repeated, folding my arms in front of my chest.

"Alright," Nash sighed.

I did feel bad for ever leading Nash on, but I couldn't mess up Taylor and I's relationship anymore than it already is. If one more thing was to happen it would most likely be the end of our relationship for good, and I couldn't lose him. Not again.

Taylor's Point of View

I made a mistake.

I knew it as I got into my hotel room in PCB.

I knew a random text couldn't do much. It was like I was trying to reassure myself more than reassure her. I knew I loved her when we were driving everywhere together but tonight I realized I can't do relationships.

I can't be faithful.

I love Tatiana but she doesn't deserve me. She deserves way better; a man who doesn't act like a boy. A man who can treat her the way she deserves and gives her his full attention.

Tatiana's Point of View

I love him. Maybe even more than I did before.

And that's what scared me.

What if this ends and I'm left feeling so deeply in love and I can't fix myself afterwards?

"Don't be so negative!" A voice in my head told me.

I was confused as to why Taylor would just so randomly text me that, but I liked the reassurance that he still cared. And it was good timing, too.

A/N: just gonna let you all know ahead (spoiler alert, if you don't want to know just completely skip this note!) that this story won't be like most fanfics. It won't have a full happy ending. Not for everyone, at least 🌚
