I died, at least in the inside :) ~A

Gerard's POV:

My eyes fluttered open and I saw Frank. I softly smiled, caressing his cheek. Soon, he woke up and he flashed a smile at me. He sat up and stretched, yawning afterwards. He looked back at me and smirked.

"What?" I asked.

He shook his head. "Nothing, besides last night."

"It was...interesting," I replied, giggling.

"Are you kidding? Last night was amazing," Frank remarked.

I giggled, getting off my bed. I put on my clothes as Frank did the same. We both got out off the room and were greeted by Lindsey and Ray.

"Good mor-"

"I didn't have a great sleep last night," Ray said, interrupting me. "You know, because I was hearing noises from your room."

"Yeah, and Mikey had to sleep with headphones so he wouldn't be able to hear you guys," Lindsey explained.

My face turned a shade of red and I nervously chuckled.

"Well, sorry not sorry," Frank smirked, grabbing his jacket from the sofa.

Everyone soon forgot the topic and moved on with their lives again. I grabbed my leather jackets, putting on my converse. The four of us walked to the cafeteria where they were serving breakfast.

"Oh shit, Mikey!" I almost shouted, I was about to run when I stopped. "You guys can stay here, I'm going to take Mikey to IHOP since he cant be seen here."

"I'll go with you," Frank insisted and I nodded.

We ran back to my dorm room and found Mikey crying. I picked him up and kissed his cheek, already making him smile. He was in his pajamas and I helped him put on his bunny slippers. I told him we're going out to eat and he smiled.

We walked to IHOP with Mikey between Frank and I, holding hands. The walk to the restaurant wasn't far. We stepped in and they showed us our seats. We were placed in a booth, Frank and Mikey across from me.

"What do you want, sweetie?" I asked Mikey.

"Nicknames now?" Frank grinned and I scoffed.

"I was asking Mikey," I chuckled and I looked over at Mikey, who was coloring in his colorable menu.

The waitress came and asked us what we want to drink. Frank and I ordered a coffee while Mikey wanted chocolate milk. She nodded and left.

"Mikey, what do you want to eat?" I asked again.

He looked at his menu before answering. Mikey looked at me when he knew.

"I want the Funny Face Pancake," Mikey smiled, bouncing in his seat a bit.

I nodded with a smile.

The waitress soon returned with our beverages, placing them on the table for us. Mikey already began sipping his chocolate milk and I couldn't help but smile. The lady took out her pen and notepad from her apron, waiting for us to order.

"I'll take the Smokehouse Combo, please," I ordered, "And my brother will get the Funny Face Pancake."

She wrote it down before looking at Frank to order.

"And I'll just have the Original French Toast," Frank said, looking up with a smile and handing the waitress the menu.

"Okay, it'll be soon be ready," The waitress said, taking our menus except Mikey's. She walked away, telling the chef's our order.

"I'm thinking about dying my hair again," I stated, ripping open the small sugar bag.

"Again?" Frank asked, mixing the sugar and cream with his coffee.

"Yes, again," I chuckled, putting the cream in before mixing and taking a sip.

"What color?" Frank asked, sipping his coffee.

I clutched onto my mug, taking a long sip before answering.

"I think it'll be red this time," I replied, "I want to try something different."

"Like an anime?" He raised his eyebrows.

I shrugged.

The waitress came back, this time with our food. She placed our plates in front of us. I said a small 'thank you' before she smiled and left again.

"Dig in," I said, already eating.

"Look at my pancake!" Mikey cheered, before ruining the art and began eating.

Frank and I chuckled, eating our breakfast.

***

"C'mon, Gerard!" I heard Lindsey call out. "We want to see how you look like now!"

I exited the bathroom and everyone stared at me with awe. I spun around to add the dramatic moment.

"I cut it a bit, too," I said, running my hand through my now red hair.

"Gee!" Mikey said from the couch. "Can I touch it?"

I smiled and nodded. I sat next to Mikey, allowing him to touch. He stood up because of his height; he touched my hair, running a hand through it.

"It looks like blood," Mikey whispered, taking his hand away.

"It isn't though, its just hair dye," I corrected him, kissing him on the cheek.

I stood up again, grabbing my jacket and scarf. I put the jacket on first then my scarf.

"I'm going to the coffee shop," I said to them, "I'll probably gone for a while."

"Well, have fun!" Ray said, smiling at me.

I've honestly gotten closer to Ray, he seems like a pretty cool guy. By the way he is, I can tell he's a sweet and loyal guy. He's reliable, trusting, and outgoing. He's the kind of man that you think will have a lot of friends and that may be true but I can tell he wants to keep his friend group small.

"Can I go?" Frank asked as I walk to my room, grabbing my messenger bag.

"I don't know, don't you have to take care of Mikey?" I reminded him, putting my sketchbook and pencils inside the bag.

To be honest, I didn't want to be with Frank right now. I just wanted to take time off and think for myself; I just wanted to be alone and catch up on my drawings.

"Yeah, you have a point," Frank agreed, "Just be safe then."

"Thanks, Frank," I smiled before giving him a small hug.

I said bye to the others before leaving. I left the school and walked to a small coffee shop. It wasn't famous or anything but it had the best coffee, in my opinion.

I arrived to the coffee shop and ordered a plain coffee. I sat at an empty seat, taking out my sketchbook and pencil. I was on a current project and I haven't finished. I took my pencil and began sketching.

"Gerard!" The cashier called out to me.

I stood up from my spot and took my things with me. I grabbed my coffee, putting the sugar and cream in, like I always do. I mixed it in and took a sip, going back to my spot. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned around.

"Bert!" I happily cheered.

I stood up again and gave him a hug.

"Hey, Gee," Bert smiled, "You've changed and I like the new hair color."

"Thanks, I just did it today," I replied, sitting back down. "Please, sit down."

He took the invitation and sat across from me.

"I haven't seen you for a long time," Bert remarked, "How are you doing?"

"I've been doing much better," I said truthfully, "What about you?"

He shrugged. "Same old, same old."

The rest of the my time, we talked. We've discussed about music, friends, relationships, family, and school. Even if were in a relationship, it wasn't as awkward before.
