I sat in the back of the class with my black notebook. Mrs. Howell was talking about nonsense so I kept writing in my book. I occasionally looked around to see if anyone was looking at me and sure enough, it was the guy that sits behind me. Takuya Terada.

He always tries to get my attention by doing something dumb whether it be pickup lines or dancing. I won't deny that he's handsome, I just don't like him. I ignored him and continued writing.

I stared at the corpse in front of us. I can't believe he killed him for talking to me. We only shared an innocent conversation and now he's dead because of it. All because of my boyfriend's jealousy.

His hands and the knife were covered in blood. He was breathing heavily, still looking at the dead body. I always knew he was unstable, but couldn't reject him. If I did, I would be dead as well. Over time I learned to love him.

"What the fuck! Why would you do that, he did nothing wrong?" I exclaimed.

"Yes he did." He hissed.

"And that was?"

"He was talking to you all day. No one will take my baby girl away."

His words made me-

"Whatcha writing there, Marcie?" Takuya whispered from behind me.

I rolled my eyes at hearing his voice. I turned around and glared him. He had a mischievous grin on his face.

"That's none of your business, and stop calling me that." I whispered harshly.

He leaned his head on his palm. "Why should I, Marcie? It makes you look at me." He pouted.

I closed my notebook and rolled my eyes. "You still irritate me." I retorted.

"Keep telling yourself that."

The bell rang signalling that class was over. I picked up my backpack and speed walked out of class. It wasn't until the middle of third period that I realized my black notebook was missing.

I waited anxiously until class was over. I bolted out of there and made it to Mrs. Howell's room.

"Mrs. Howell," she looked up at me, "have you seen my notebook? It's black with glitter on it."
