I woke up to screaming.  Loud horrid screaming.  That sent me out of the bed with a sword in my hand as I kicked the door open. My heart stopped and i skid to a stop. " oh... my god..."

So, good new my house has a new door that fits a wolf, bad news theres a wolf in my new doorway.   My sisters are cowering in the kitchen corner.  Angelica has a frying pan and eliza a spoon. The wolf is snarling at them and keeping them at bay as a man stands in my orginal doorway.

Woah... hes stunning.... my breath catches and his head snaps to me. Golden green eyes survey me as his hands fold behind him neatly , the freckles on his fave twitch annoyed.  His royal red cape drapes around him like a waterfall. The golden embroidery looks like liquid steel as he moves in the cream shirt and navey blue pants." You killed him." This man growls, his friends head snaps to me and his feet stalk twoards me and i back against a wall.

"I-I'm sorry?" I gulp and  eyes look between them and my sisters.

" You killed Lafayette." He snaps and eyes are stone cold. I blink and shake my head.

"Who?" My eyebrows furrow up.

"The wolf!" He snarls. My eyes widen and i gulp. Then everything  clicks. My jaw drops and body shakes.

"Oh... I... my apologies." I bow my head and bite my lip."i didnt know..."

" Apologies doesn't bring him back!" He snarls at me and i flinch.  The whole world seems to hold its  breath.

"A life for a life." The wolf grumbles and turns to lumber twoards the sisters.

"No!" My voice cracks and they widen in panic.  The wolf looks at me and seems to scoff.  What am I to do to stop him?

"Then what do you prepose mr. Hamilton?" The handsome man purrs.

"Me. Take me." The sisters immediately shout their protests and Peggy  runs to me. I drop to a knee and hug her tightly. " pegs, ive gotta pay for what i did."

"But we need you Alex!" She whines. Tears running down her cheeks.

"Shhhhhsshshsh." I kiss her cheeks." Its okay little one. Theres enough money to last you guys enough if you spend it wisely.  You guys have to learn how to hunt for yourselves.  Got it?" I glance at her siblings. They all nod and i bite my lip as i stand. Peggys iorn catches in the sun and charms sound like fairy laughs

"By the way, iorn doesnt hurt us. Try again in a few decades." The mystery man grabs my arm and drags me out of the house and we stagger twoards the forbidden  forest.

Eventually i stop getting dragged and walk next to him and his wolf friend, whis name is apperntly Hercules. We get closer by the minute and i get more nervouse.  John,the man, drapped his cloalk around me and has offered warmth in his side which i gladly took.

"My apologies for a rude awakening." He nods to me and i nod back slowly.

"Well, i killed your friend." I shrug and his small smile falls.

"Remind me again why im taking you to my home?" He growls . I smirk and shrug.

"You can let me go and we'll gladly part ways." I bow twoards him. His eyes harden.

"A life for a life was the agreement. " i look down and nod." And you were the agreement. So, welcome to your new home. "

And he shoves me across the barrier .
