She sat on the bed, waiting for Branch to come in. It didn't take long and when he did, he closed the door and held out his hand, which she accepted.
"You ready to know what I wanted to tell you?" he asked.
"Yes," she nodded.
"What I wanted to tell you is that when we met and as we got to know each other, one song came to mind like you for me," Branch replied.
"What song was it?" Jamie asked.
He brought her closer and they started dancing as he sang.
[Branch:]

He dipped her at the end and she smiled with a little giggle. He brought her closer, their foreheads touching.
"Jamie, will you marry me tomorrow?" he asked.
"Yes," she answered.
They got in the bed and cuddled together.
"I love you, Branchy," she said.
He chuckled at her nickname for him and responded, "I love you too, Angel."
They kissed then soon went to sleep.
