I heard doors slammed followed by a few thumps. Cassie, Dean, and Sam had all disappeared. Maybe it had something to do with what he was trying to tell me earlier.

Then Sam was pushing past all of us and storming out of the apartment. Part of me said to take off after him, but first I had to check on Cas.

I walked in the Cas and Dean cuddled on the bed. Cas didn't look conscious.

"Gabe! Please go after Sam. You have to make him come back!" Dean's voice was urgent.

"What happened? Is he okay, is Cas okay?" My voice was overflowing with worry.

Dean looked down at my unconscious brother and sighed, "He'll be okay I think."

With that I sped toward the front door and closed it behind me. My eyes scanned the parking lot and the park across the street before spotting Sam. He was sitting on a bench across the street. His hands were covering his face but I could see his large figure shaking from either the cold or crying.

I made my way across the street sitting down next to him.

"Dean go away." He murdered it without looking up.

"Umm... Not Dean." I chuckled slightly.

He looked up and seemed relieved. "Sorry Gabe, I just um thought..."

"No, no it's fine." I said. It grew quiet and an awkwardness fell over us.

"So um... you seemed pretty upset back there, like in the apartment." I mentally cringed at the words.

"Uh, yeah... pretty uh upset." He looked uncomfortable. It was quiet for awhile before he finally said, "Happy uh birthday. The big um one-eight!"

"Yeah, uh thanks!" We both got quiet again.

"Okay, this is awkward." He blurted it and I was almost relieved someone said it.

"Yeah." We both smiled a little and we both broke out in laughter.

He was still laughing even after I had calmed myself down. "Dude you good." I said with a slight chuckle.

He was laughing so hard now that he was started to fall off the bench. I reached my arm towards him and rested it on his arm to steady him.

My arm was there for only a few seconds before it hit me. An intense pain spread through my entire arm before focusing on my left wrist.

I cried out and fell forward onto the ground clutching my wrist. It burned so bad. I heard Sam hiss on the bench before he got down on his knees beside me.

"Gabe..." he barely squeaked it out through his heavy breathing.

I felt tears streaming down my face as I slowly brought my left arm up to my face.

Winchester

Wait, what?

Winchester. Like Sam and Dean Winchester. Oh my god. Was this even possible. Could two sets of brother really be soulmates.

My eyes met Sam's and his face broke out in a huge smile.

"Oh my god!" Sam had a relieved look on his face. "Thank god. I thought I was going to be alone forever!" My face must have shown my confusion because he quickly launched into an explanation.

Sam explained his and Cas's relationship. It sounded like a hot mess. Then came the part where Sam walked in on his brother and mine clutching each other not even an inch between them.

"Then I just started yelling. I was just so angry. Like even if hey wanted to be together they could have just told me. I don't even know how long they've been together, but I guess it doesn't really matter now. I thought Cas was the one but obviously it was you!" He looked down and smiled even bigger.

"Wait... did you say you were yelling at them?" I was starting to understand Cas's comatose state.

"Yeah, why?" He looked confused and somewhat worried.

"Cas, he can't handle yelling, or stress or like anything. He's seriously messed up Sam, ever since he was a kid." I stood up. Now I was really worried. Once, a few years back when Cas and I were still with Anna, he got into some trouble and Anna yelled at him. She screamed at him for a good 5 minutes before realizing what she had done.

After she finished, he started having an attack. It hit him hard and before we knew it his eyes rolled back and he passed out. He was unconscious for almost a week before he snapped out of it.

Who knew how long it would last this time.

I stood up abruptly and Sam followed me as I practically ran towards the house. I made it inside Sam on my heels and went straight into the bedroom.

Dean was still holding an unconscious Cas in his arms. Dean was staring at Cas, waiting for something to happen.

I cleared my throat and Dean looked up. His eyes passed over me to Sam, and he immediately launched into thousands of 'I'm sorry's' all aimed at Sam.

Sam put his hands up, "Dean its fine. Gabe is uh, my actual soulmate!" He sounded excited.

Dean's eyes slid to me and I winked at him before stepping closer to Sam.

Dean inhaled deeply, "Thank god! Because I think I'm starting to fall for Cas and it would be so awkward if you still wanted to get with him..."

"Wait, what happened to Cas?!?" Sam just now seemed to notice him.

So I told them. Dean's face grew with worry and Sam's filled with guilt as I explained his condition.

Dean hugged him tighter, burying his face is Cas's messy hair. I inhaled deeply letting out an unsteady breath. I felt Sam lace his fingers through mine. I sniffed and squeezed Sam's large hand.

"I just don't know how long he'll be out this time..." I didn't even know what else I could say. My eyes fell to the floor.

"This is all my fault... I did this to him." Sam was slightly shaking as a few tears fell from his eyes.

"No Sam-" before I could finish he was running out of the room.

"Watch my brother. I'll get yours." I shouted to Dean as I ran back out of the room after my soulmate.

I didn't see Sam in the apartment anymore so I made for the front door. I was stopped by an arm.

"Gabe, what the hell man!" It was Balthazar. "Dude it's your birthday, and all you're doing is running back and forth through your apartment. Just tell us what's going on!"

"Fine Balth!" I jumped up on a table. "Everybody listen up!" My family along with Charlie, Dorothy, and Chuck all turned to me getting quiet. "My soulmates last name is Winchester. Hooray! Okay, now I know what you're thinking, hey isn't Castiel soulmate Winchester too. The answer is yes." I stopped some people clearly confused.

"Moving on my soulmate is Sam Winchester. Again, isn't that Cassie's soulmate? Well that's what they thought but Sam is my soulmate and Sam's older brother Dean is Cas's soulmate." I scanned the room everybody was whispering. "Okay, cool, I got to go now!"

With that I was gone. Out the door before anybody could stop me.
