chapter thirteen ; arriving

“Autumn, babe, wake up. We’re here.” I slowly flutter my eyes open and see Zach grinning at me. He points out to the window and I take a peek. We’re here and we’re gonna meet our friends. This is so exciting.

We got down the plane and did our airport stuff.

“Jordan said that he’s almost here.” Summer told us.

“Why didn’t he text me?” Zach feigned hurt but still smirked afterwards.

My twin smacked Zach on the shoulder. “Shut up, you asshole.”

I laughed at them. “I’m so happy we’re finally gonna meet our fa-“

“Graser?” Someone squealed from behind us. We turned around and saw a girl, I’m guessing 17, with auburn hair. “Oh my god, you’re Autumn and Summer! I love you all!”

“Hey what’s your name?” I smiled. First fan.

“I’m Allium.”

“Like the purple flower?” Summer asked.

She laughed. “Yeah, but my nickname is just Ally.” She stared at us for a few seconds. “Is this really real?”

“Yes, and because you are the first fan who met us, you get to meet everyone else!” Zach suggested.

“For real?” Her eyes widen.

“For real.” I say. “Come on, Jordan’s coming soon.”

“Oh my goodness. This is crazy.” We walked to the exit and waited there.

“So tell us about yourself, Ally.” I say.

“Uhm, I’m pretty boring. But, I’m 18 and I love Minecraft. I watch these people on YouTube who always make me laugh. They’re amazing.” She smiles at the three of us. “I’m from California, I love Math, I live alone. What else? I told you I’m boring.”

“No you’re not! Let’s see, who is your favorite member of the Cube? I think we can hook you up real good.” My sister winks.

Ally blushes. “Probably H. He’s a sweetheart. He noticed me a few times already and you do not wanna know how bad I fangirled there.”

I giggle. “You’re gonna be like my little sister, I know it. Anyway, where are you staying?”

She looked down. “No where yet, really. I was inquiring in a lot of hotels but they didn’t have anymore rooms. Maybe because of PAX. I should’ve reserved earlier. Now I have no where to go…”

Zach looked at me, surprised. “Yeah, you do! You’re staying with us.”

Her face brightened. “Seriously? Wow, you guys are the best! I promise I’ll pay you. I have some money with me.”

“It’s no problem, really. You’re awesome.” Summer says. Her phone vibrated and she looked at her phone. “He sees us.”

A car beeped. “Yo! Get in!”

Ally stood there, frozen. “Oh my god, it’s real.”

I laughed and grabbed her arm. “Let’s go, Allium.”

The four of us got in Jordan’s car, Summer getting shotgun. “Hey, Jordan. Meet our number one fan, Allium. She’s staying with us.”

Jordan smiled. “Hey. Good luck with us.”

“Hey guys. Hashtag Alliam.” Summer said. Oh the ship queen.

“No, hashtag Bummer!” Jordan opposed. “What do you think, Ally?”

“I think the thing here is Grautumn, really.” She looked at both of us.

I blushed. Zach kissed my cheek. “Yup.”

“Really?” Ally’s eyes widened. “The ship floats?”

Summer snickered. “They made out yesterday.”

“Holy fuck.” Jordan said, smirking at us in the mirror.

“Yo, Bayani dood. Drive faster.” Summer slaps his face.

“Bummer floats too, you know.” I mutter.

We arrive at the hotel a few minutes later and everyone was already in their own hotel rooms. Zach, Mitch and Liam were in one room and Summer, Ally and I in another. The three of us unpacked and chatted then someone knocked on the door.

“Autumn, it’s probably your lover boy. Go get it.” Summer says just flicking through the channels.

I got up and went to the door. Summer was right, it is lover boy.

“Hey. Everyone’s in our room. Come on.” He tugs my hand.

I laugh at him. “Woah there, boy. Let me call the two first.”

He nods nervously. What is up with him? I walk in the room again.

“You guys, to Zach’s room he said.” I shouldn’t have changed into my comfier outfit. I was just wearing those pajama like shorts and a loose white top with my hair in a high ponytail. Summer on the other hand was still wearing her airport clothes, jeans and a black graphic tee. Ally changed, too, to sweatpants and a tank top then put her hair in a top knot.

“No! I have to change! I need to make good impression!” Ally rambled. I approached her.

“Girl, I’m sure they’d like it better natural. Come on.” She sighed then followed me anyway. Summer joined in too.

I knocked on the door across the hall. “Open the door you noobs!” I shouted.

I heard them laughing then Zach opened it. “Thank you. Get out of my way now, Zach.” I pushed him to the side. He would’ve laughed but he just stood there, thinking about something. I pulled Ally in. “Guys! This is Allium, our ‘number one’ fan!” I looked at her. She looked like she saw a ghost. Everyone said hi to her anyway.

“Uh – you can just call me Ally…” She looked down.

“Hey, aren’t you AllyAllium?” Liam spoke. Here it goes. Alliam forever!

Her head snaps up. “Yeah.” She said and Liam smiled at her. I pushed her towards everyone else, signaling her to just have fun.

Somebody then tapped my shoulder. I turn around and saw Zach there, still looking nervous. “Come with me for a while…” He grabbed my hand and pulled me to the door. I looked back at everyone else, giving them a confused look. Some people were confused as well but the others just smirked at me. Uhm…

Once we were in the hallway, Zach kissed me so I did the same. When he pulled away, he just smiled. “So, why are we outside?”

He scratched the back of his head. “I’ve liked you since day one and I told myself that one day, I’d ask her to be my girlfriend. I think today is the day…”

I stared at him, shocked.

“Autumn, would you have the honor to finally be my robot girl?”

I stood there, I can’t seem to process what words to say. So I just kissed him.

“Is that a yes?” He whispers.

“I don’t know, is it?” I open my eyes and smirk.

“W-what?” He stutters.

“You’re so cute.” I peck his lips. “Of course it is, stupid!”

He kisses my cheek. “Good. Let’s go.” He opens the door and everyone poured out of it. Seriously. They innocently smiled at us then scrambled to get up.

 I shook my head, laughing. “Eavsdroppers.”
