Annie was sitting down, next to the caged up Survey Corps.

"You know you have the key, right?" Eren asked her angrily. Annie didn't look at him. She just sat there with her eyes closed.

"I would free all of you. But don't you remember the shocker?" She asked him. Eren growled, and leaned back in his cage. Remembering the shocker chained around her ankle.

A loud crash was heard. Annie looked up to only find Simon - her friend - with his right foot inside a bucket, along with another bucket over his head.

"Simon." Annie sighed, getting up and walking over to help him. "If I had to be honest, you kinda remind me of Eren when you do this."

"I'm sorry that I'm clumsy!" He said loudly. So loud that his voice echoed back at him, and made his ears ring.

"Hold still Simon." Annie said, pulling on the bucket. She pulled, until she flung back. Simon's head was free.

"Thanks." He said, catching his breath. He tried to free his foot. Annie sighed again, and helped him.

"I swear, when your birthday comes up, I'm getting you a staff, so you can move it around as if your blind, and will know where to walk and where not to walk." Annie told him.

She sat down, and pulled on the bucket. Again, she flung back and so did Simon.

Annie sat up, and held up the bucket. Simon's boot inside.

"I think your missing a shoe?" She told him. Simon grabbed the bucket, and easily pulled out his boot and slipping it back on his foot.

"There." Simon said finding his breath. "Now what?"

He looked up at Annie, while Annie looked at him.

"Now, you sit here and stop being so flipping clumsy." She told him, walking back to her spot right next to Levi and Mike.

Then a loud buzzer was heard. Annie froze and so did everyone else. They looked at each other, while Annie looked at the ground.

She finally looked up, when Eren asked what was going on.

"The Titan Games." Annie answered in a hushed voice. The Titan Games only came once every six or ten years. Until it was a reunion, where all the competitors get together, and fight.

Annie looked up, and found everyone gathered around. They were separated. On the right were the females. Adult females with adult females, young adult females with young adult females, teenager females with teenager females, preteen females with preteen females, and children females with children females.

On the left was the same, just with men. Then a tall women, who looked to be in early or late 20s appeared. She wore nothing but pink. Even her hair was highlighted hot pink.

She had a bright smile on her face, as she looked at the big crowd in front of her.

"Welcome one and all to the Titan Games!" She announced. "Once every six to ten years, we go from town to town and pick out competitors to go into the games. Now, as always, we draw the two lucky victors."

She walked over to the big fish bowl, and searched for a name.

"That's illegal." Armin whispered. "They can't send villagers out from the walls."

"When it's the games they can." Levi whispered. "I had a friend who went into the games. Died the first day by being eaten by a Titan."

The woman finally picked a name. She unfolded it, and read the name that broke Annie into nothing but bits.
