If Annie had to be honest. Jean scared the absolute shit out of her."J-Jean." Annie stuttered. "Don't ever do that again. You almost gave me a heat attack."
"Sorry. I had to hide somehow." Jean said.
"Wait Jean. Close your eyes for a second, along with your mouth. Just for a second." Annie said.
Jean closed his eyes, and his mouth. And he was completely invisible.
Back at town, Eren was searching for Jean.
"Where'd he go? Where'd he go?"
Back there Jean opened his eyes.
"Wow. Your really good at camouflage." Annie complimented.
"I just listen what the trainer told us, about camouflage. I would be the king of it, if Armin would have a hard time trying to find me."
"If it takes him more than ten seconds, he really has to go and get his eyes checked." Annie said.
Jean laughed, then winced. His leg.
Annie could smell the blood. It was strong. Annie found a cave, and help Jean to it.
The cave was a bit dark, but it was small and quite. It literarily looked like Annie and Jean were in a boulder. Because the cave looked like a boulder.
Jean layed down, head resting on his backpack. He groaned as he was relaxing.
"What happened?" Annie asked, as she rolled up Jean's pant leg.
"Well, when you killed James and Jessica. Which I'm thankful for- Ah!" Annie examined his wound.
"Continue." Annie said. Jean blinked.
"Well, when you killed James and Jessica, that's when I ran up to you and told you to run. You scared me when you weren't responding back to me. Once you figured out what I was saying, and as I was watching you run away Cato came out of complete nowhere, and stabbed my leg with his axe. I fell to the ground in server pain. Cato must've thought I was dead or something, and took off. After a while, my leg was bleeding like a, I don't know, like a sliced nape of a Titan I guess. Anyway, I stumbled across this muddy bank, and took care of my leg. After that, three days later I was able to get food from the food supply. I saw you there, and I knew what you were gonna do, so I had to hurry, before you blew me up." Jean explained.
"What happened after when I blew up the food supply?" Asked Annie.
"Uh, I stayed here until now." He said. His eyes widened. "Ah! Damn, it hurts!"
"I don't have anything to heal your wound. Everything I need is not here, and is all back at home."
"Great." Jean muttered. "Now what?"
"Let's just hope, Captain will send us another jar of medicine, or medical equipment to help us." Annie hoped.
"He send you something too?" Jean asked. Annie looked at him.
"Yeah, when my leg got burned from the wild fire. What did he give you?"
"He gave me bandages for my leg." He said. "But, there wasn't much, just enough to stop the bleeding."
"Yeah, he must've used most of his money in order to get us the stuff we need." Annie guessed.
"I agree. Let's just hope my leg-" he then passed out. Annie looked scared, as Jean just passed out like that.
"Jean?" She called. "Jean!" He wasn't replying. Annie glanced at his leg, it worsen.
Annie watched as Jean slept weakly. Annie placed a hand on his forehand. Not only was he hurt, but Jean was very sick.
