Annie's plan was perfect. If she went to the Feast, she might as well have the stuff she needs, and she might just be able to save Jean.

Annie looked at the sleeping boy. He was pale, and his breathing worsen. She had to go. She just had to.

"Dammit." Annie said under her breath. How was she able to go to the Feast? If Jean would be awake and prevent her?

Annie needed a safe way to knock out Jean, just enough to go to the Feast and come back.

She looked up at the sky, once she exited the cave. Hoping for something to come.

Once nothing was heard, Annie heard chimes and whistling and saw a smaller container float down to her.

Annie snatched it, and went back inside. She opened the container, and inside was a medicine that smelled exactly like honey.

Annie picked up the small tube. The note read:

This shall help.

-H. Zoe

Annie looked up, from the tube. Knowing what the medicine was. Her plan just might work after all.

It was almost dawn, when Jean awoke. He found Annie sitting besides him, holding a container of hot soup.

"Morning." Annie said, sounding cheerful. Jean raised an eyebrow.

"Morning?"

"Anyway, why don't you eat this soup I made from scratch." Annie suggested.

"I'm not that hungry." Jean said.

"That's what you think. Eat it." Annie demanded. Jean shrugged, and sat up so he won't choke on his food. "There is only enough for three whole bites."

"Why three?" Jean asked.

"The size of the container. Now eat before it gets cold." Annie pushed. Jean sighed, and took a small bite.

"Mm. What's in this?" Jean asked.

"Just water, berries, and some dried fruit I got." Annie replied. Jean took another bite.

"Tastes like honey."

"That's because their honey berries." Annie said. Jean swallowed his bite.

Just one more bite. Annie thought. Just one more bite.

"Hmph. The honey tastes so familiar. Like the medicine Hanji gives to-" Jean looked at Annie fearfully.

He then got up and thrashed.

Annie went behind Jean, and held his arms back, as Jean kicked.

"Jean!" Annie hissed. Jean didn't stop, and kicked harder.

"No!" Jean yelled, Annie grabbed the spoon, and used the last bit of soup, and shoved it into Jean's mouth.

Annie held Jean's jaw tight, and a couple of seconds later Jean's kicking slowed.

Jean's eyes were heavy, he tried his best to stay awake but the medicine knocked him out.

Annie counted a few seconds, before realising. Her plan worked. Jean was out.

Annie got up, and grabbed her bag. She looked back at Jean.

"Sorry." She said, before she headed out to the Feast.

The air was cold, and the grass soaked her feet. Annie could see her breath clearly, as it mixed with the cold air.

She hid behind the bushes, and trees. She was back in the meadow, where the games started.
