Scared to tell you
The truth
I don't know what
I'm going to do
It's a strange feeling
To tell you the truth
Every scenario
In my brain
Seems to go awry
I just hope
That's not the case
I just need
To tell someone
Before things start to go numb
I feel so conflicted
I need to tell someone
But
I'm scared to do so
What if you
turn me away
Or worse
Look upon me
With disgust
I don't want to find out
The answer
But it's too late
To back out now
After all tomorrow's the day
