After passing the Battle Rounds, we will move on to the second round. And this one is called The Knockout.
1. Para sa round na ito, it is you against another team member for the second time. May pairings pa rin para sa round na ito pero ang pinagkaiba ay magkaiba na kayo ng songs. Hindi mo rin malalaman kung sino sa teammates mo ang kalaban mo until maipost na yung entries niyo. Don't worry, may pairings na ang judges before ipasa ang entries niyo at hindi na nila ito babaguhin.
2. Your coach will still provide the members with a set of songs. Pero ang pinagkaiba nito from the Battle Rounds ay the authors are the ones who will pick the songs from that set. The order of authors who will pick will depend on the ranking you gained last round. This will all happen via pm. Walang makakaalam ng chosen song niyo hangga't hindi pa naipopost ang themes. Again, switching/changing of songs will not be permitted.

3 Use the songs as your inspiration for the story and use them as creatively as you can. Pwedeng obvious pero the more creative, the better. Your goal is to make the readers feel like they are reading your story and it feels like the song is constantly playing in their head. Yung tipong halos every line naaalala nila yung kanta. A good example is the plotline of fallenbabybubu's A and D, which was inspired from Taylor Swift's You Belong With Me. But always remember that what you're making is a one shot, not a novel.
4 Nandyan ang coaches hindi lang para magjudge kundi para tulungan kayo sa stories niyo. You can ask them for tips and advices pero kailangan kayo ang gumawa ng one-shot niyo. Your coach will not give any line/paragraph/dialogue in your one-shot, just tips on how you can improve your story. Pwede niyo silang kulitin kung paano mapapaganda ang story, pero hinding-hindi sila magsa-suggest ng magiging plot/storyline niyo.
5 After the given deadline, the one shot stories will be evaluated and posted. For each pair, only one member will remain. After the elimination, there will only be 8 contestants left by default after this round.
6 For this round, only the decision of the judges matter. Hindi pa po kailangan ng public's vote dito. Pero pwede po kayong magpavote kung gusto niyo.
7 Enjoy and just write normally and with alot a room for improvement.

> REQUIREMENTS
TITLE
- Dapat hindi yung title ng song. Be creative enough. Again, you can ask tips from your judges, but don't let them decide the title for you.
BODY
-No emoticons, No author's notes. Pwedeng informal writing pero sana walang [Click the video para mas feel], -FLASHBACK-, or anything like those.
- Sa kahit anong part ng story mo (except sa title), a line from the song should be used as dialogue. This time, hindi na title ang isisingit sa story. This song line should be in bold para madaling makita. Nothing else aside from the line from the song should be in bold letters.
Ex. Back To December - Taylor Swift
"So, hey. Finally...you made time to see me." She said with those chestnut eyes that stared at me for seconds
THEME
-Your coach will give you a specific theme alongside the song choices. Again they will not give you a genre. Iba't-iba bawat coach. Your story should be aligned with this certain theme, pero kayo ang bahala sa genre ng story niyo. Sa set of songs na ibibigay sa inyo ng coaches niyo ay hindi pa kasama ang theme. Malalaman niyo lang ang theme sa start ng round 2.
LENGTH
-For round 2, you are still free to write how long you want to. Wala pa ring specific word count na kailangan. Pero tandaan po, one-shot hindi novel.
LANGUAGE
- Either English, Tagalog or Taglish.
DEADLINE
- The last day of submission of your one-shot entries is on June 14, 2014 until 11:59PM. We will give you another 24-hour extension (June 15) pero may deduction na po ito. The results are expected to be released 3-5 days after

> JUDGES' STEAL
- Para sa round na ito, enabled pa rin ang steal! That means, other coaches can steal an author that was eliminated by his/her original coach katulad sa last round. Pero this time, each coach will only be allowed to steal once. Dahil dito, pwedeng mabago nito ang default number of authors for the next round.
