Chapter 20 miracles do happen

I know from the low whispers and secrets there hiding something from me but what I don't know. I check the time, it's only been a little over an hour. I sigh and get up and stretch. I head to the cafeteria to grab some coffee and food. I sit at one of the tables enjoying my coffee and food, letting my mind wander. About a half an hour later I head back to the waiting room to see only lee sitting there anxiously.
"Lee is everything okay?" I ask frantically
"Where the hell have you been? Anna's up!!" I panic and start to mentally kick myself knowingly should not have left, and I should have stayed there an waited for her to get up. I turn and quickly make my way to her room.

As I approach I here the yells,
"Anna, I am your mother I love you"
"No, your not my mother, I hate you!"
"Anna we need you to calm down you jut woke up from a severe coma" the doctor tell her,
So does that mean she remembers everything? I ask myself as I walk in.
"Car-car" she yells happily I look at her confused, then at Jamie. An my mom hunter and the doctor, who are all sitting there pleading at me with there eyes.
"What's going on?" I ask knowing it would be a question I regret. Jamie is the first to speak.
"Anna bear wants me to leave," I look at her than Anna.
"Only carter calls me Anna bear" she spits angrily. Yupp she definitely remembers something.
I look at the doctor who is just as confused as I am.
"Anna if she is your legal guardian then she must stay," I chime in
"She's not her legal guardian, that was her" I say pointing to hunter.
"But Anna is eighteen now" he looks at me then scan the room and nods.
"Ma'am I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave, one you have no jurisdiction here, and your upsetting the patents vitals" I look over at Anna's monitor to see her blood pressure and heart rate high. Jamie looks around pissed then leaves.
The doctor then starts to check over Anna,
"Well Anna it's amazing really a true miracle, everything seems to be normal, I would like to just run a few years to see what caused everything in the first place." She nods
"Doctor? What exactly happened I only remember before the accident and now" he nods
"That is very common in these cases, and that short period of time after you first lost your memory may come back and it may not, but to have made a full recovery and regain all long term memory again is truly a miracle." He says astonished. I look at Anna I guess miracles really do happen.
