Sebastian knew pain, and not the mundane falling on your knee and scraping it kind of pain- he knew real pain. The kind of pain that couldn't be healed with a band-aid, but the type that literally crushed your heart- destroyed it, left it to ruin.
The most recent "pain" that he had gone through was Idris' death.
When her last breath had be taken, she had taken with her his will to continue his existence. Up until this point in his life he never questioned why he lived, why he was a demon, or even why he had never feared death. Now the only thoughts that ever ran through his mind were why?
Why was he a demon?
Why did everyone want to take what was his?
Sebastian thought it ironic really, mostly that the only way to bring back Idris was for him to go through excruciating amounts of pain, but in all honesty he didn't care. He didn't care about his well being as long as she was safe, and living on the earth.
"Lift him up." Sebastian heard Alexander say.
Sebastian was lifted off of the ground, his usually pale skin paler, and his muscles flexing just with simple movement.
Sebastian's long toned legs hung limply, along with the rest of his half naked body- from one of the manor support beams. Blood pooling underneath him.
His eyes nearly a salmon instead of their naturally burnt crimson- had to try and focus just to look at his lovers, fathers, face. The high cheek bones, his grey eyes, even his auburn stained curls infuriated Sebastian.
He would never understand how such a beautiful and innocent creature could originate from such a cruel man.
Sebastian was excruciatingly pulled out of his thoughts when a crack of a whip was heard, and then the pain from his skin being cut deeply. There were forty more lashes after that, each searing crack just a bit deeper then the last.
This wasn't the first time Sebastian had been tortured, far from it. He'd put up with humans, crazed angels, and reapers before. But, he had to admit Fairies were cruel bastards. Alexander had soaked his whip in sulfur, practically the garlic for demons.
"Fourty five lashes for fourty five souls that you have devoured." Undertaker cackled.
"All we need now... is the blood of a reaper." Alexander said his voice low and husky from whipping Sebastian.
Undertaker flashed his eyes at that sentence, he knew that Alexander was a traitorous bastard but he didn't think he'd go this far.
Alexander stepped forward, his naturally silver stained eyes, turning almost charcoal black.
"I'm sorry but, I need my daughter back. Your blood is how I will accomplish this, I thank you for your help but... your presence is no longer needed alive."
Alexander eased his way over to the shocked undertaker, his expression never changing- just blank, giving away nothing. Undertaker quickly snapped out of his reverie, jumping back as fast as he could before a blade made contact with his scarred throat.
White hair was the only thing left on the ground where undertaker had stood frozen only moments before. Sebastians eyes widened as he witnessed Alexanders never ending pursuit for the ancient reaper.
Undertakers usually kept snow locks now cut to his shoulders, his green piercing eyes blazing with intense hatred for the backstabing fairy king. Never before had Sebastian see undertaker fight this hard for his life.
Alexander practically shot through the air- making it impossible for anyone not of supernatural decent to see him. His right hand collided into undertakers sternum, sending him backwards into three crates. A sickening pop was heard as undertaker crashed into all three, then the stone wall.
Blood streamed down undertakers pale face as he struggled to stand up- his sythe now in hand.
"Just make this easier on both of us old friend, and give up." Alexander boomed from across the room.
Undertaker didn't answer, instead his grip on his weapon tightened and he ran after the distraught fairy. Alexander quickly moved out of the way and caught undertaker by his neck collar.
"It was nice working with you." Alexander said before tearing the legendary reaper in half, draining his blood from his body.
Alexander made quick progress in collecting the trickling blood oozing from the dead Undertaker. Taking care in sealing the Jars of blood he had collected, so that no oxygen would get in or out.
"Why did you have to kill him?" Sebastian asked, his voice raspy and brittle.
Alexander turned and faced the half drained demon, his sliver stained eyes sparking with something foreign to the demon kind. Insanity.
"Because I not only want to bring back my daughter. I want to awaken her."
Sebastian's crimson orbs slanted at his words. An awakening spell for the end of humanity. He was all to familiar with it, but of course the demon race would fight for the humans. They were how they survived.
Alexander returned to his task of blood collecting and Sebastian saw that as his chance to escape. He would have to warp as fast as he could, but he had no doubt that he could pull it off. Especially if he got the attention of a certain red bumbling idiot upstairs.
Sebastian closed his eyes and visualized the mansion layout. He imagined himself roming around the halls, and he found himself walking towards Idris's room. He saw Ciel laying down on the bed, with Grell comforting him. He chuckled lightly at the sight but quickly stopped as Ciel got of the bed and walked over to the door.
"Wait! I had a question about sebby you brat!" Grell yelled about to storm out after the navy haired child.
Sebastian quickly stepped in front of Grell before he could get to the door, and whispered in his ear.
"Grell, I'm in the basement. Come for me and I'll give you something in return."
Grell shuttered from delight as he processed the words whispered into his ear, whether he was imagining it or not, he would surely find out soon.
Grell bolted down the halls, his pace could leave a trail of for behind him. He kicked the Cellar door down, and ran down the creaky wooden stairs- only to stop dead in his tracks as he took in the sight before him.
Sebastian bloody and chained, and Alexander standing over a shredded undertaker.
"I don't know what made you think you could do this to my Sebby," Grell said grinding his already sharp teeth, "But you're about to regret it."
