Light and Dark's War Days

Episode 26, "Operation: "Destruction of Mortemia Castle.""

It was almost evening. King Harkinan and the Elemental Heroes are on their way to find a place to stay. The Castle was destroyed by Morgana. They actually founded an inn close on the Arcana Kingdom. And so, they all stayed there.

Chris somehow thought of something about Morgana's cause on the Arcana Castle. He would never forget about it. Yet, revenge went through his mind. After causing destruction on the Arcana Kingdom, the Elemental Heroes has finally gotten a plan. Stop Morgana once and for all. And so, Chris, gathered up everyone. Even the King and Aruna.

"Alright, folks... Here's the plan. Some of us will have to check out the conditions on Morgana's Castle. She may be on high alert, but we don't know about it. Who shall volunteer for this one?"

As after Chris questioned about it, X raised his hand. Astrea as well. Two would be suffice. Chris nodded. The plan is at 50% Complete.

"Good. Now, once X and Astrea told us about the conditions, we'll find a way to strike them without being noticed. Kassie. Any ideas about the Armory that has Explosives in it?"

As Chris told about the other 50% Plan, he looked to Kassie. If they're looking for something in Mortemia Castle, Kassie would know about it.

"Ah, yes.. The Armory. X and Astrea. I'll lead you two to there. Astrea, you can blow those up so that the Soldiers won't be able to fight without their weapon."

X and Astrea nodded softly. She was so sure about where the Armory is. And so, The plan is settled. Once the King and Aruna heard the plan, they both agreed.

After hours of preparation, they all seemed to be ready for the revenge. And so, the Elemental Heroes went off to the Mortemia Castle without being noticed. Harkinan and Aruna are watching them on a Crystal Ball that she made. The Heroes have finally reached the Castle. And now, they climbed up with their grappling hooks. Rope and a Hook. Not like on 21st Century. Afterwards, they climbed up carefully. The Soldiers aren't even guarding the Watchtowers up at the Castle. So, they're fine.

"Astrea and X. Follow me."

Kassie said. They both nodded and started to follow her to the Armory Room. While the others are carefully checking out the insides of the Mortemia Castle. Yet, there were less soldiers than before. And that, would be an advantage for all of them. But they seemed to be confused. Why would there be less soldiers than before? Did Morgana sent some of them out on something?

Well, that answer will reveal later. For now, they shall focus on the main objective.

Astrea, X and Kassie have finally arrived at the Armory Room, The enterance was blocked by 2 soldiers. They were almost fell asleep because they were tired guarding the place.

And so, Astrea and X knocked them out so easily. And, X founded the key to the Armory Room. So, Kassie opened it and all 3 of them entered it. The Armory was filled with Weapons like, Axes, Sword, Bows, Shield and many more. They were impressed. Except Kassie. She's just like, "Eh, okay." And so, Astrea founded the explosive in a crate. Actually, tons of crates that's filled with Explosives. I'm talking about Dynamites and stuff.

X took the Longsword and the Bow and 4 packs of Arrows. Kassie just letted him and smiled. While Astrea fired up the Dynamite. One dynamite, can trigger the explosive on others when close. And so, they all ran away to the safe zone. The others were already outside the castle.

Astrea, Kassie and X finally got to them. Chris nodded and somehow waited for the explosion to happend. While waiting,  John looked at X bringing weapons from the Castle. X looked to John.

"Don't ask."

He said, rathering not to ask about it. And, after few minutes, Mortemia Castle was just became pile of scraps. Their plan was a complete success. They all cheered up. Even Harkinan and Aruna did the same as well. And so, they all went back to the Inn. When they arrived, Harkinan waited for them. And, they celebrated it with a feast. And, Aruna prepared the foods for the feast.

"Everyone, i am really thankful for all of you to do this mission. And hopefully, Morgana would surrender from the War. For now, we shall celebrate this! For Arcana Kingdom.. and the Elemental Heroes!"

The Heroes, Harkinan and Aruna grabbed their glasses and cheers on their glasses together.

"Huzzah!"

They all said together. And so, they all took a sip of it and finally enjoyed their feast.

Meanwhile, at the Mortemia Kingdom. Morgana was just arrived at the Kingdom. When suddenly, she was shocked when she looked at the Castle's Ashes. It wasn't a Castle now. It's just piles of scraps and stuff.

Her rage has finally released. She released a huge, dark aura that surrounded them.

"THAT'S IT. IM GOING TO DESTROY THOSE HEROES ONCE AND FOR ALL!"

And so, Morgana went off to the Arcana Kingdom. As her aura followed her, a huge, dark cloud appeared on the skies. Will the Heroes be able to stop Morgana once and for all? Tune in for the next episode!
